Antwoord van More For Your Floor
--- Update ---
Hello
Thank you for providing the details of your order to us, this allowed me to follow this up with the team.
We are very sorry that there was a boot mark at the bottom of your door from one of our drivers. You mentioned in the emails to us that you had the paint to patch this up at your end.
As an apology we did offer a partial refund to you for this issue and I'm pleased to read that you accepted this, I can see this was swiftly applied to your order.
Apologies once again but thank you for your order, review and understanding. We do hope you enjoy your new carpet.
Kind Regards
James
