I’ve spoken to several debt collection “law” firms recently such as this one and Moriarty Law are BY FAR the easiest I’ve had to deal with.
I’ve so far spoken to Ian and James on the phone and they have both been incredibly helpful.
Other similar firms (cough, TM Legal) could learn a lot from how Moriarty Law conduct themselves.
They’ve not been ‘perfect’ by any means, but ML have been relatively reasonable and professional every time I’ve had to contact them (not friendly per se, but measured, somewhat human and not unnecessarily confrontational, which is about as good as you’ll get in this sector)

Chris was very good, friendly and polite. Gave me options so I can manny finance.
Manners on point and that made the whole experience comfortable and efficient.

Spoke with Ian Hunter, an empathetic professional member of staff at Moriarty Laws. Although I was distressed due to my poor health and the nature of the call but was impressed by his professionalism as he asked all the required and relevant questions whilst maintaining a respectful tone of voice throughout the conversation which is a rarity today.

This morning, I spoke with Ian Hunter from Moriarty Law regarding my outstanding debt, which had built up during a tough period of ill health. Ian helped me a lot, which then stopped me burying my head in the sand.... Ian was completely understanding and sympathetic to my situation, and he helped me set up a manageable payment plan. Checking this was affordable to me, letting me know that if I ever have a month when I struggle, help is always there. I’m really happy with the support I received and relieved, too. People like Ian are needed in all workplaces. Someone who loves their job and works with passion and, more importantly, works with the individuals to ensure they're ok.
