I was told car would be ready on a set…
I was told car would be ready on a set day, cancelled my current insurance ready to receive new car. Only for the car to be 4 days late and costing me over £200 in temporary insurance. Wasn’t entirely motions fault as was paragon who pulled out but I was left in dark and no one was telling me anything. Only reason I found out was because I kept calling them.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are very sorry to hear about your experience.
We understand how frustrating it is when there are unexpected delays and limited updates. Unfortunately, the lender withdrew the application at a late stage and provided very limited information about their reasoning. Throughout the process, we acted as quickly as possible, kept the dealership informed of any developments, and focused on securing an alternative approval as promptly as we could.
