Hi Pete
We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the quality of the flywheel - we will raise this with our distributor.
Unfortunately because you filed the rotor down yourself, this voids warranty. We have no record of you contacting us regarding this rotor therefore this is hard for us to now see where you had the problem. However, we are happy to talk to you about this situation to see what we can do for you. Send us an e-mail to sales@motoelectrical.co.uk or give us a call on 01953 603420!
incorrect statment of item value when exporting to EU
when sending the item to my country Portugal, it was stated that the items value was of the total amount of shipping plus the value of the item, makking it more than 50€, so i then had to pay 23% of tax and a service price totaling about 22€ to receive the item. if this had not happened and the value of the order had been stated correctly this would not of happened. Apart from that i am satisfied

Hi Srom,
Unfortunately due to Brexit rules and the EU/UK regulatory boards we must state the value of the item plus shipping. This information can be found on gov.uk - which is the official UK Government website.
If you could send us a message on sales@motoelectrical.co.uk with your order number - we will see if we can do anything for you or if you have any general questions regarding the situation!
