I ordered a battery on March 8, 2026, but as of April 17, 2026, I still have not received it. The tracking shows it has been stuck at the carrier’s depot the entire time.

Since I urgently needed the battery, I had to purchase one elsewhere, resulting in additional costs. Despite this, the supplier refuses a refund unless the item is returned—which is impossible, as I never received it.

Very disappointing experience with both delivery and customer service. I would not recommend this supplier.

Extremely slow shipment.
Do not answer mails.
1 week later, still not even sent out....

Ware erhalten aber nicht für Model geeignet. Artikelbeschreibung war/ist Fehlerbehaftet.
Kontaktaufnahme über email bleibt ohne Antwort.
Retouren-Formulare wurden von der Homepage entfernt bzw. führen zu Dead-Links.
Kein Impressum.

Fazit: Kein Fakeshop aber ein in Polen ansässiger Onlineshop mit .com Domain der sich nicht an Deutsche Rechtssprechung hält und bei Problemen keine Lösung bietet.

MI SORPRESA AL RECIBIR EL PEDIDO VERIFICO QUE VIENE SIN EL KIT DE MONTAJE. LO HAGO SABER POR EMAIL EN ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE DE MOTORX. AL PARECER Y COSA QUE NO DAN A ENTENDER EN LA WEB LA CÚPULA VIENE SIN KIT DE MONTAJE. UNA VERDADERA VERGUENZA.
ANIMO A LA GENTE QUE QUIERA TENER PROBLEMAS COMPRAR EN DICHA WEB.

Sigo esperando un pedido pagado desde el día 5 de agosto 2025 . Me dieron un número de rastreo que no vale para nada , no me dan solución .

the spare parts I received are just genuine original parts, not good copies. cost is less than half the official channels.

They carry a spare parts stock for some niche chinese scooters that you can't find parts for anywhere else. Lots of items are sold out and perhaps not restocked (hopefully they will be) but so far i've found all i need from them.
