Goods still not received
I ordered a battery on March 8, 2026, but as of April 17, 2026, I still have not received it. The tracking shows it has been stuck at the carrier’s depot the entire time.
Since I urgently needed the battery, I had to purchase one elsewhere, resulting in additional costs. Despite this, the supplier refuses a refund unless the item is returned—which is impossible, as I never received it.
Very disappointing experience with both delivery and customer service. I would not recommend this supplier.
