i can’t thank motor claims helpline enough for all the help and support they gave me throughout my case. from start to finish they kept me informed, answered any questions i had and made the whole process so much easier to deal with.
what felt like a very stressful situation at the beginning has now been fully resolved, and that’s largely thanks to their hard work and guidance. they took a huge weight off my shoulders and gave me peace of mind throughout.
i would highly recommend motor claims helpline to anyone needing help with a claim. professional, helpful and genuinely supportive every step of the way. thank you again for everything!

friendly, professional and informative
i used motor claims help line for my case. I had unfortunately bought a car from a rouge trader who had sold me a car which with faults and issues that were not as advertised.
Steve worked tirelessly to take this dealer to court and try get my money back. He always had my best interest and was unbelievably friendly, professional and informative throughout the also 2 years it was on-going.
I couldn't recommend Steve and motor claims help line any more! Although I hope I wont need to use their service again, I know I have a team ready to fight for me at the drop of hat.

Steve and his team did a great job in…
Steve and his team did a great job in getting the dealer to comply and deal with a repair on my Bentley. Dealer failed to fix first time round and then denied all responsibility. Steve got involved and without his help I would not have gotten it sorted. Highly recommend them.
