The whole experience was smooth from start to end. Within a month the claim was settled and I received my money. Both Andy’s were very helpful, and they were available to talk at any moment I wanted to call. Super glad I went with them, they even gave a good value for the car. I’ll be honest, i had my hesitations before picking them and was slightly worried as this was my first ever claim, but it worked out perfectly tbh. Would highly recommended, especially if you think you have a straight forward case!
It was very easy
It was very easy. They arranged for my car to be recovered and sorted a loan car. Everything happened very swiftly. All costs were recovered from the 3rd party.
If you weren't at fault you have absolutely nothing to lose by using these guys. Much easier than dealing with everything yourself.

Positive experience
My experience with Motor Claims was a positive one. My claim was handled professionally. They were honest from the start explaining clearly what type of cases they take on.
I was asked about courtesy car, which I took. They explained how it would work with payment and what would happen if the other party refuse. They explained I would not expect to be involved if that happens as it would between the hire company (Enterprise) and the other party's insurance.
The only minor thing that I found slightly frustrating is period of no update or contract whilst the car was being checked by Copart. This could be due them not having an update. This could have been made clear from the start.
The second thing is that although my car was written off as a Cat B. The company should explain in detail why their car has be categories that way. Providing a personalised explanation that a general explanation of "it could be because of... or because of..." Although it would not have made a difference in the outcome in my case but it would have given me a clear conclusion of the whole incident, without speculating the reason later and questioning the integrity of the ones assessing the car in my mind.
However, even with these minor issues (which help people who are neuro-divergent understand that is happening and have clear expectation of the next stages) I would recommend this company to others. Thank you for handling my claim.

CC,34300 .This company is one of the best companies i have ever dealt with ,the day i had my no fault accident i was sorted with a hire car straightaway and i found all the employees to be polite and very courteous,the man who dealt with my claim was called Andy and was very straight forward in explaining the process to me and kept me notified of everything that was going on and my settlement was sorted in three weeks which is quite good,i honestly cant recommend this company and Andy enough and thanks again Andy and your team.

Not a good experience
I’d like to leave my experience with this company. So know one else has to go through what we’re currently going through. A week and a half ago my car was reversed into parked up outside my own house. The person admitted full responsibility. We exchanged details etc. phoned these guys because there reviews were very positive. Was told don’t worry we’re haddle it all and get you a courtesy car out straight away. 4 days later we get a phone call to say car is ready but we need to catch a taxi to it. 2 hour journey there. We get there and are told it’s a car equivalent to ours. After driving a few miles down the road I notice. It’s a hybrid one with a very small engine. The drive home wasn’t nice. Another 2 hours. We phoned the next day to say we don’t like car and isn’t like for like. We’ve been past from pilar to post and still have a car I won’t use. I thought my car was un drivable because my wing was all pushed into wheel. I’ve jacked car up myself pulled wing out and now I can drive my own car. These guys have been told this many times over the past week. The hire car is still hear. This isn’t on. If it’s not stressful enough that someone has gone into my car and caused thousands in damage. I’m now being past around and ignored. And left with a hire car we don’t want don’t need. While my car is damaged and I’m none of the wiser. I was told bye my own insurance company they would write my car off with the damaged caused. We was told we could get a payment so I could repair my car and ur not be written off. Now I’m told Thats not possible. I feel that all thats happening here is we’re being strung along for hire car charges and storage costs that I won’t agree too. It’s hard dealing with 3 kids. Working part time and being a partners full time career because of an operation for cancer. we depend on our car living in a rural location. Even today now after all the phone calls we’ve made the past week we are still in the same position. This was my last resort to leave a review like this. And I’m hoping someone will reach out to help. So further to my review. These people have Lied. And now contacted my insurance and has tried to cause further stress and grief. Don’t use these people.

I was involved in a recent accident and I found Motor Claims Line as my insurance didn’t wanna help me what so ever. So I phoned Motor claims line and spoke to Olivia that was the game changer moment I contacted them they were so helpful and reassuring,they took care of everything! They were easily contactable and happy to answer any questions for me! I received a replacement vehicle the same day as the accident when my car was taken for an inspection. I was then paid out for the full value of my car within a few weeks and this didn't cost me anything at all and my own insurance isnt affected whatsoever!
