Truly one of the most painful experiences I have ever encountered, one in which I never intend to experience again. I will however say, what a fantastic service from Geoffrey Miller.

Over the last 6 months I have been dealing with Daisy who was nothing short of an angel. She was always keeping me informed of where we were during the preparation stage of the trial and always made sure that I was left at ease. Daisy never once guaranteed a success in my trial for obvious reasons but clearly explained my options and possible scenarios I may face. Daisy always listened to my point of view and took on board my personal circumstances which I felt made the process a lot more easy.

Fast forwarding to trial date, I was charged with failure to provide a breath sample and criminal damage. Phillip Lucas was my barrister on the day who quite frankly appeared to be straight out of a movie. The way he dictated the proceedings with strong legal litigation was outstanding. I could see the panel of magistrates and prosecution were following his lead throughout the process and felt that there was only going to be one outcome.

Phillip picked flaws in the prosecutions disclosure from the outset which ultimately resulted in acquittal before we even stated our defence to the court. Geoffrey Miller use multiple strategies for a successful result where fortunately the first resulted in me walking free.

Please, anyone reading this do not be concerned about the cost of this service. It was the best money I ever spent. The service was outstanding and now I can plan my future again without this speed bump in my way.
