Without doubt the best in the UK for driving related defense support. Prior to appointing Geofrrey Miller to represent me I spoke to five firms and Geoffrey Miller stood out. They are professional and personable. My first call to them was was picked up by senior management (Jeanette) and she was supportive, understanding and fact driven in what her business had delivered for other clients - eg not waffle but hard data to support their methods; not a call centre with no substance or sneaky sales tactics.

I felt completely lost and depressed after being released from custody following a drink-driving allegation. The charge could have severely affected both me and my family. By chance, I came across an advertisement for Geoffrey Miller Solicitors. When I read their reviews on Trustpilot and saw their success rate on their official website, I honestly wondered if it was too good to be true. BUT now I can confirm – IT IS REAL!
My case lasted nearly 1.5 years, and it would have been far more stressful without the professional support of this firm. Thorough, friendly and efficient

Following my initial review on 28th July 2025 and speaking to Jeanette Miller I mentioned I would review again on completion! So today 11th August 2025 is the time to say we achieved a 100% success! Jeanette set this whole approach in motion in a positive way and when followed by the hard work of James Tunstall at Geoffrey Miller followed by my advocate Mike McKeown at court I have nothing but praise for everyone’s professionalism! At all times I was supported, particularly James who left no stone unturned! When I spoke to Mike, my counsel in court, after a hard one case I said I feel I’ve been represented by a truly positive team who all dovetailed together to represent me! All this hard work took so much pressure off me I felt I was being supported by friends who really wanted the best outcome for me! That was achieved! Moreover, as a general thought I first thought I would need solicitors based in Leeds? After much looking around and numerous phone calls I called and spoke to Jeanette miller regarding a pending drug driving conviction. I instantly felt reassured this company would do all they could to help me.

I really can't recommend Geoffrey miller and their team enough. They are not the cheapest but their knowledge and skill are worth every penny.

When I got in trouble for drug driving with THC in my system, FAR beyond the limit the law allows, I researched and read online about geoffery miller's win and success rate. At first I wasnt sure primarily due to the high costs. Its worth it especially when you are young as you dont want a conviction showing up on DBS checks, on top of a driving ban etc. It doesn't matter what substance you were under influence, and by how much, Geoffrey Miller wins their cases by exploiting mistakes the crown and prosecutors make in the build up of the case. In my experience, ive noticed their are loopholes in the system and the prosecutors will make lazy mistakes in their attempt to convict you but you will not be able to exploit and take advantage of these mistakes without Geoffrey miller. Tara and the advocate present at my case were great help.
