I was facing a totting up ban of up to 6 months which would have cost me my job. I was represented by Daisy Nisbet and Mike McKeown who instantly made me feel more relaxed. Daisy was always at the other end of the phone and kept in touch regularly.

Despite me not giving them a great deal of time to work on my case, they were both excellent. Mike was great in court and I managed to get a 2 week ban with a fine of £400. This which was significantly better for me as I kept my job.

I will be recommending Geoffrey Miller to anyone in a similar situation.

What can I say, I have too many good things to say about Geoffrey Miller , I contacted Jeanette miller initially, she would talk to me at any time of the day 7 days a week. I had been stopped by police for driving under the influence of THC, due to someone who doesn't like me reporting me and therefore my licence plates were flagged by the police and I was arrested.

I can’t thank this firm enough for their support during my drink-driving case, which lasted around two and a half years. I instructed this firm in relation to a motoring matter on a standby basis. While work was carried out and staff were generally polite, my overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication and lack of proactive case management.

In particular, I was not asked when I was due to return to the police station, which resulted in advice being given only hours before a critical police interview — something I had to notify the firm about myself. This left me feeling underprepared and unsupported at a key stage. Communication around court attendance times was also confusing and caused unnecessary stress.

Although the firm maintains that all work was completed in line with their package, I do not feel the level of reassurance, clarity, or proactive guidance I received justified the fees charged. Concerns raised were ultimately dismissed rather than meaningfully addressed.

This may suit clients who are very confident managing matters themselves, but if you are looking for clear, proactive communication and close case management, I would advise caution.

I selected Geoffrey Miller to defend our case as I was very impressed with the knowledge & understanding of the drugs testing process that Jeanette Miller demonstrated in my first call. Although the costs are high the not guilty verdict was fabulous and a great relief for me and my disabled mother.Also please beware of cyclists shooting videos inside your car on London streets and sending it to metropolitan police as they can put you in lots of trouble.Last many thanks to Manisha for connecting all the pieces together and to Barry at the courts and to Jeanette for her sound advise all along.

At first you could be sceptical about the authenticity of Geoffrey Miller Solicitor's, I thought I was going to pay all this money and still lose, But somehow due the the CPS not providing the correct evidence, At the Trial the case was dismissed as the Judge favoured to dismiss rather than to adjourn because the CPS didn't chase up the data to be released. It was an amazing moment, Mr Louis Young managed my case and explained in detail every step of the case and what all the outcomes can be as the case proceeds, I am a real person, I wasn't sure if all these reviews were real, Maybe there is the odd person who is very unlucky, But if you have the money and you're desperate to win your case, It is worth the risk as it did work out for me and many many others.
