I had a first class experience with this company. I was dealt with with great courtesy and efficiency, primarily by Noah, but everyone else I encountered too. I was put under no time pressure and issued with a brand new courtesy car. Extra dents and similar issues were discovered, discussed with me immediately and sorted. The car looks amazing. I highly recommend you to use Motts.

I was unfortunately involved in an accident on a roundabout when a van failed to stop and hit my car. I visited several garages for estimates, but found Motts to be the most reasonable. From the start, I felt confident that they would do a great job.

I dealt with a lovely gentleman called Paul Thompson, who handled everything efficiently. He arranged a courtesy car for me, which made the whole process much less stressful. After just a few days, my car was repaired and looked as good as new. They didn’t need to remove the sensor in the end, so I wasn’t charged any unnecessary extra costs — something I know some garages might have added on.

The bodywork and paint matching were immaculate. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from everyone at Motts. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Used Mott recently for managing the servicing and MOT of my car. Loan car was quite outstanding and the evaluation of a few concerns raised by the MOT agent were most helpfully explained. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is second to none. I have used their services many times and the resolution of various faults and issues and the advice given has always been most helpful saving time and money for me.

We had some damage to the front of our car after being involved in an accident and Motts took care of it quickly. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. After the work had been done our car looked as good as new. Would highly recommend to anyone

My mother has asked me to put this review of Motts Body Repair and recommend them.
She was having a problem getting the body work done on her insurance. This was from an accident at the beginning of December 2022. She contacted Motts after being lied to by the company the insurance company was using (the insurance company lied too afterwards). Motts went to bat for her trying to sort it out for her. After another complaint from our side she got the final go ahead to use them. They sorted mum out wonderfully. She’s disabled and they looked after her, driving her back, helping her with the door, got the job done quickly so she wasn’t long without the car and the car looks perfect.
She’s been so pleased with not just the excellent work but the service, care and going the extra mile.

From my initial visit through to completion, this was a faultless customer experience. The (competitive) quote arrived exactly within the timescale promised and the relevant work was booked in for the following week. I am delighted with the repairs carried out, the damage to the offside paintwork and headlamp has vanished! To cap all of this off, I asked if I could have my vehicle back asap due to personal commitments, and my vehicle was ready in just over 24 hours!!! All of this AND they provided me with a courtesy car. I really cannot recommend Motts enough, they were fantastic.

Booked my car in very quickly and gave me a curtesy car. They carried out a repair to drivers door and made a excellent job of it. Colour match, panel repair and paint finish excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I damaged the passenger side of my Renault Clio by rubbing up against a yellow bollard in a Car Park. The damage to 2 panels was quite extensive how ever in just over a week from when the incident occurred, the damage was repaired and you would never know I
had an accident. The Staff were all friendly and professional and I was very impressed overall and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a prompt professional job. Thank you to you all.

Motts have done an outstanding job on the body repairs on my car. Wonderful service from the staff, professional, and friendly. Would highly recommend.

It is only this year that I have found and used Motts Body Repair after my car was taken there by the AA. The car a 2003 Mercedes CLK320 was damaged badly by a huge pothole. Two months later, after the splendid repair, my car was written off after a driver behind me, who was not paying attention on the A14, drove into the back of me. Both no fault insurance accidents caused unimaginable red tape telephone calls and wasted time. BUT as the car was at MOTTS both times, they took over and dealt with insurance companies for me. Their care and engineering work is excellent and I can only recommend them.
Another strong part of the firm is that they treat you as well as they deal with your cars. After I was driven into, I drove straight to MOTTS and didn`t realise what a state of shock I was in, but the employers there did and it was amazing how thoughtful and kind they took care of me. This is something not found generally. They are special.
