Do not buy from these made a purchase before Christmas item do not arrive gave benefit of doubt as a reply said short staffed busy period with it been Christmas still not received in January after sms instagram and email got told would have a refund in February the refund didn’t come gave it time just to make sure messaged multiple times through different platforms and nothing found them on TikTok recently and messaged then got abuse saying how are they supposed to be mind readers and if you contact us on socials we get back within the hour no common decency for people that are now out of pocket and without an item that my child would have loved for Christmas

You win an auction advertised by Jude Dench , you pay and then no information for many weeks even though you wrote several email , you made many calls. Nobody responds.
It’s scam . Don’t even think about joining any of their auctions

I can’t thank this company enough for helping make my Son’s Birthday a memorable one! He was over the moon with the Spider-Man display. Professional throughout, great packaging & loved the little gift. It arrived a bit late but that was due to the courier & it still arrived in time for his birthday. Anyway, it was worth waiting for! Will be back again thank you so much Moviemania xx

I ordered a product from here before christmas for myself, I understand that the christmas period is a busy time for businesses such as this, however my item was never sent out when ordering it on the 3rd of December with 48hr shipping tracked, I received a text on the 10th of December saying my item would be put on priority next day delivery tracked. The next time I heard anything about my product was on the 28th of December saying a refund has been issued and would hit my bank in 10 working days. It is currently the 26th of January, I've received no money in my bank, nor has my product arrived, and any attempt to contact the company has been ignored. Now disputing this with my bank, this company is shocking with no signs of communication at all.

Haven’t received order for several weeks after numerous chaser emails. Avoid at all costs.

I have never been spoken to so badly by a company as a paying customer. The words he texted have genuinely made me feel so upset. He owed me a refund for 20 pounds, he refused to send it for a month and then when I demanded I get it he proceeded to tell me I needed help and that he was laughing at me

Unfortunately I can’t offer the same praise for this company. Genuinely disappointed as other reviews were so positive but my experience is not. I made an order on 7.12.25 and have yet to receive my order or any tracking information. I have sent several polite emails for an update, I have sent an enquiry via the web page and a message via messenger failing all other attempts and have received no reply. I appreciate companies can experience delays during the Xmas period but communication is key to keep people reassured / updated. I feel I have no option but to go via my bank to dispute and request charge back as I don’t know where else to turn.

The purchase process and shipping are 10/10. And the movie prop, as well as the packaging...a gem!

Had a bit of a delay with the order but that wasn’t all their fault and they dealt with everything in a very professional manner. The product is fantastic and very and is very well presented.

I’ll start by saying don’t believe all you read. I ordered an item then read some of these reviews and started to panic, how wrong was I, great service, good communication and parcel arrived in good time and really well packaged. Great item will definitely order from these again.

Made an order from them for example 4pm on Thursday, I received my order the next day at 1pm. Absolutely no problems, would recommend!! Can’t wait for more stranger things memorabilia to come

Ordered a Scream movie prop which never arrived, emailed them twice with no response. Only got a response from them when I started a dispute with my bank to which the owner then tried calling me a scammer for wanting a refund. He took my money and never sent the item and then started a childish argument with me over text. Avoid at all cost.

Avoid this website, it’s a scam.
Purchased an item, made payment but no acknowledgement or ETA for over a week, raised with PayPal, who sorted the refund and sent then item which is fake, then received a load of abuse and threats from the seller, clearly likes bullying women.
A complete con artist, disingenuous.
They are current being investigated by PayPal and trading standards for fraud.
Avoid this clown show of a website at all costs even if they have changed to Moviemaniaonline.

This Facebook page says the the physical store closed but that they are still open online through their website. If you order from there it does not get sent and they do not reply to any communication. The website says nothing about this, still shows stock levels and lets you purchase.
If you see this after ordering charge back through your bank or PayPal refund.

what a joke!! Had an issue with my item as it looked like someone had been playing football with my package which cost £80 but I know it wasn’t the delivery company as the outter box was fine… they have a number buts is no longer in use and they don’t answer there emails!! I’ve managed to get the money back from the bank anyway if it happens to you do the same what a scam!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a Hot toy figure last year and paid the pre-order in full. I have wanted to cancel my purchase for several months now, but I get no answers back from my emails. Same thing when I've asked about an estimated date when the figure would arrive in store, no replies. I've never experienced this bad customer service.

Also, I found the item elsewhere and for a much cheaper price...

Terrible customer service, the phone number doesn’t exist & I had no replies to the many emails I sent regarding my item being despatched. After being kept in the dark for serveral days, my £450 item turned up. So, glad I got my item but the customer service does not exist with this company.

5 weeks since I ordered item, still have not received the item. No responses to emails and calls are never answered, avoid this seller!

Great litlle company, these guys really try hard at this I dont think people now a days realsie how hard it is to run a small business abd put unfair criticism on Trustpilot without knowing the full facts and appreciating the global economy we live within, anyway I go of point I ordered, I paid, it was delivered what more do you want.
