I have been a MP3VA customer for about 15 years or more. All songs that I have paid for I still have. Even after swapping out my old computer and buying a new one 13 years later, transferring all the tunes I have bought were easily downloaded to my new computer instantly. Now it did take a while for the transfer to finish, but all tunes now play on both.

I was told about this site a few. On this ago and it’s brillant up to now, but a month ago it just disappeared I still have money in does anyone know if the address has changed and if this does not exist anymore is there a safe website like it is can download music on a usb.

What happened to the site? When I try to go to it, I get a blank screen; and I still have money deposited to my account

I have used this website since april 2021. Fast downloading.

Have used them for years and had a good experience until now. Tried to refill balance this morning and they charged my card but did not apply that to my balance. So they basically ripped me off for $30.00. Generic email response is no help. Status still says pending but they charged me and the money is gone. They claim that the transaction didn't go through, but it did because they got the money. Had to open a case with paypal because it's clear that they arent going to be of any further assistance. Shame too because as an audiophile, I loved their selection but if they are going to rip me off then it all goes out the window. Started using them in 2011. Had a good 14 year run but I think were done now.

I had an email from this company saying they missed me: on signing in I found I still had cash in my account to spend and various items to download that had been bought ages ago.
I tried their services maybe a decade ago and this was absolutely gobsmacking- I couldn't believe it.

For honesty they get TEN STARS.
I've used the money available and downloaded the albums purchased and am ONE HELLUVA HAPPY CUSTOMER THAT WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEIR SERVICES!

MP3Va charged me $50 when I only authorized $10. I immediately contacted them and was supposed to receive a refund within 48 hours. That was a week ago and now they don't respond to emails.

Ripoff company - they will charge you whatever they want. Don't deal with them.

I am in Australia, and have used this site for about 20 years. I like that all of my past purchases are available for re-download anytime, even if I lose access to the original download. I started using this site, as no other site had an old album which I could find nowhere else on the Internet. Fantastic depth of old music, rare editions, and they keep right up to date on new stuff. They seem to be blocked at the moment, but hoping that stupidity finishes shortly.

This site is EXCELLENT!
A huge amount of music and if they don't have it, they will get it for you!

Really helpful and happy to purchase new music if you ask.

I generally have had excellent customer service from MP3 VA. But, Recently I Had An Issue With K- I Explained To Her That I had Deposited $100 Dollars The Last Time They Had a Sale- For Which I Received A Bonus Of $100. On Most Recent Sale They A Sale Offering an Extra $20 Dollars For Deposits Of $100. When I Asked Her If I Could Receive A Credit-Which I Had Received In The Past-K Became Defensive And Refused. This Left Me Very Disappointed, Which Is Why I'm Frustrated.

As other have said, mp3va is based in Russia and selling music that they don't have the legal rights to sell. That said, WHO CARES? Most of the artists i collect are dead, or sold their catalogues off to the mega companies, so they wouldn't be getting a dime of your money even if you bought their albums legally. The selection on mp3va is incredible, nearly 1 million albums are currently available, and you can find some incredibly rare artists on there. I've been a collector of obscure vinly rips for 20+ years and yet they have stuff on there that i haven't been able to find. I don't know where they're getting it, but i hope they continue to do so! My only complaint is their pay options are limited, no paypal, they prefer bitcoin, which makes sense considering their legal status. But i've had no problem with them. You can buy single tracks, full albums, complete discographies. It's a dream come true. The record companies screw the artists over anyway, so it's no loss for them.

For the past week, I can't get into the website due to it not being secure. HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Normally great ... been using for many years.
However, for the last 48 hours I cannot access the site via Chrome or Edge. I get the following message: Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information (for example, passwords, messages or credit cards) NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
If I risk it on Edge I cannot see any images, nor can I listen to previews as before. Haven't tried to download any files for obvious reasons !
Is this the end of them ... or have they simply not renewed their privacy certificates ? Either way it needs to be sorted as it's unusable at the moment :o(

I have been using this site for 13 years never ever had a problem they have every type of music available. The past couple weeks my Anti Virus is throwing red flags.

I cant get on it. Are they maintenance going on or is it down. But great site

A good site to do business.I've being buying my music for over 12yrs from Mp3va & well pleased,will recommend.

Very good customer support. Answered my questions within a very short time. Very limited amount of advertising. Occasional seasonal deals will show up in my email box but it's along the lines of Valentines day, etc. that I will ever see anything. Been using the service for about 10 years. I'm not a heavy user but they are always there when I need them.
