Been using MP3Million for many years with absolutely no problems at all, with card payments or any other aspects. They have also been able to add albums that I have requested from time to time. As far as “disappearing downloads” is concerned, surely no one is stupid enough to not backup their purchases? I certainly do, because you never know when a hdd is going to fail.

Dealing with this company for many years and never any problems or issues. Great value on albums at the best quality Mp3's. Although I have many of the albums already on cd, it is not worth the effort burning these to Mp3 such is the quality and price on here.

I used to be a regular user but with the abrupt, and highly suspicious, switch to an unheard of payment system my wallet and I will be taking our money elsewhere.

Have research if this is legal, and it kinda is, no court have shown interest in the case some have claimed.
From my research the site is Ukrainian and east European prizes, a Full album in Russia cost about 1.2$ and in Sweden they are about 18$.

Its not fair to the artist imop, i only buy stuff i half like here, and my favorite bands i pay full price for, Metallica on Qobuz are about 250$ and on this site about 16$.

As with others this is a scam through dubious payment schemes, to get hold of card details. They have stopped using PayPal.
On paying for credits, I have had 3 payment cards used fraudulently.

Avoid this.
Oay real money to trusted suppliers. Nay be a bit more expensive, but you won't loose money through fraud.

I've been using mp3million for years with no problems. All of a sudden I go to add funds and their system was trying to use PayPal. I haven't used PayPal in years so I contacted their customer support and they instructed me to click make payment without using PayPal. I did so but my payment was processed vis PayPal to an Email address that even they said they didn't know who it belonged to. I filed a claim with PayPal and received a response from owner of email where payment was sent promising me a refund. I have yet to receive such refund. Please don't waste your money on this website

Used the site for years. The range is really good for me. I even manage to find obscure albums, such as indie video game soundtracks.

I have been using Mp3million for at least 10 years with no issues at all. Very user friendly interface and easy to add funds. However, some may be having difficulty with the latter. I did for a while too, but then figured out it was because of an outdated browser and faulty security settings. So before complaining that you can't add funds, check those first.

I have been buying and downloading music from them for years. Never a problem. I have purchased over 1000 songs and albums.

I've been with them for the past two years with no problem at all. Then all of a sudden, i can't access my account anymore. I still have more than $90.00 in paid credits in there. I can't even access their site for help or information regarding my acct and i've been trying everyday for the past week.

I have nothing but good things to say about mp3 million. I was just adding credit buying music I liked no issue.
For Christmas I got a present from someone that was £70 in money, I don't want anything at the moment. so why not build my music library? I saw the add $100 get $100 free, which equates I think to add £86 get £86 free. so I clicked and got the wrong one i added $50 and two $50 doesnt give the same offer. I contacted customer service and was advised to add another $50 and the rest of the offer would be added. It was instant and as promised the full offer was applied.
I was so happy with how I was treated. So I got the full benefit of the offer.
I also requested a single from 94 to be added, which I could only find on YouTube. Less than a week later I'm e-mailed to be told it's been added.

ALL these BROKE dummies posting negative comments about not being able to ADD MONEYS!?!? Yes, liars...I immediately went to VERIFY and LOADED another $30 USD, via credit card, with NO problem. I'm adamant because I don't want BROKE busters spreading BROKE lies about a GREAT site. #CustomerSince2006

I was initially impressed with the site to get single tracks and full albums. After my account balance ran out I was unable to add money via normal methods via credit card. Now you have to go to an unsecured website to buy credits or bit coin. With all of the security breaches and hacks I won't be using this service anymore.

used to accept Visa/Mastercard debit cards...use to...for some reason it no longer works...at all...sad so sad...oh well...

Zero customer support - I'm a new customer who just created an account and tried to purchase several albums. I need to add funds and when I attempt to do so using my credit card, it automatically attempts to connect to Paypal which fails. I've tried different browsers, different laptops and even deleted my account and created a different account using a different email address, and it does the same thing again - no way to add funds or buy anything. I've tried to contact their 'customer service' at least 5 times over a period of two weeks and never received ANY answer what so ever. As a new customer, they feature NOTHING of value if you can't add funds - NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL - Totally USELESS SITE!

I've been using this site for many years and have never had a payment or access issue. Based on the low price, seems kind of obvious that it's not a "legal" way to download music. Technically the customer isn't the one doing anything illegal, so no issue on my end. My main concern is that I think it's a Russian site and I'm doing business with a society of murderous international criminals. I think their recent payment issues are due to Russia being blocked from the international banking system.
