Excellent . Great price, with good quality product. Easy to use. Thousands of songs downloaded , and good sound too.

I have been using this site for many years with no problems, until my funds ran out and I needed to add more. I tried 3 different credit cards (2 credit and 1 debit) and I kept getting the same error on every single transaction. The only response I get from them is that I need to use either Bitcoin or Pincodeseller to add funds. Pincodeseller is a subscription service and to purchase bitcoin you have to enter your ENTIRE life history to purchase. They advertise Visa and Mastercard can be used but that is a complete LIE. Every response I get from them is a generic message telling me to use an "alternate" payment method. My advise .. BUY YOUR MUSIC SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Awesome, used them for well over 10 years, find anything you need and good support. Regular offers, keep it legal and use MP3 Million.

I can't get in for the hundredth time. They have like $40.00 of my money but I can't get it. They reset the password so many times but it doesn't work. They don't care. They say "clear your cookies, change browsers...etc" ad nauseum. It doesn't work. $40.00 gone.

The sound quality, imho, is not nearly as good as the same exact songs on youtube. Not sure why this is and it's especially true with older songs. If you doubt what I say, compare the same sound side by side... song A on youtube to song A on mp3million. The only saving grace is the cheap cost of the songs.

I have been using this website for a few years now and the customer service is second to none.I listen to obscure music which they do not always have but I use the feedback form to request it and within a few days it is available. Highly recommended.

Might be good if you can login, seems every time I log in or try to log in, wants me to change passwords, all the time, I mean, seriously? When I do the password reset, messages comes back
"The link you used to confirm password reset is not valid."
Then try to login, security... 3+4, 4+8, 6+3 seriously?

Cant say I agree with the reviews of excellent and good. I have been with MP3million for a number of years and far from finding "hard to find music" and "different genre" they simply trot out it is unavailable. they do release "the latest music" very quickly - this seems to be where their focus lies and they have very little concern for loyal customers with a good balance. Disappointing.

I've been a customer of Mp3million for a number of years now and find it to be a fantastic resource for hard-to-find music. Their customer service is top-notch and they are very responsive to concerns and requests.

I can attribute the growth of my music library to Mp3million because it is very affordable and easy to use. I enjoy it so much that I've even shared it with my friends and co-workers.

Mp3million is a big deal!

Unbelievable selection. Great prices. I am a collector of rare/hard to find music, artists, and genres (for example, try to find Susan Christie's Paint A Lady anywhere else) and somewhat of a completist. This site has most anything and almost everything. (Of course, you can't find everything, but it's close.)
I have had a few issues with some downloads/reloading my account and the quick turnaround with customer service was great. All in all, I am so happy with this site. Thank you MP3 Million: I will keep topping off until I can't.

Great web site to get any music genre download legally. Excellent customer service from these guys. I have been with them for 6 months they are FANTASTIC PEOPLE very quick to respond to emails and quick to get music you want to buy, albums etc. Forget the rest try the best.

This is one of the best music websites I have ever seen. The songs are so cheap ($0.09 per song) and the quality is the highest (mostly 320kbps) all the time. They also have a lot of good music from big artists ("Justin Bieber", "Eminem" are just some of them). The best part is that they have the best top up value for eg. if you top up $100 you get $100 more to your account and as a person who has serious love for collecting music instead of streaming them this is absolute no-brainer. As such I do have a few complaints and they are:
1. The albums may take a week or two to release (after release date)
2. They delete your purchases from your account after 6 months for security reasons (but they are DRM-free so you have them for lifetime if you downloaded it)
3. The artwork might be missing sometimes

Also albums go for only about $1 to $2 (which cost for one song in iTunes and albums cost $10 there) so that's seriously a benefit for collectors.

And the most important thing is that they are TOTALLY LEGIT. It's hard to believe it but they clearly explain in their FAQ how they are able to keep prices so low and there are no hidden charges at all. For those who simply don't know how this stuff works and who don't believe it's true they offer two free songs only for registering so you can clear all your doubts. I haven't tested their customer support but that's because I didn't have to. As for all, if you want to truly support your favourite artists without drying up your wallet and enjoy the best quality music possible then this is the site you want to go to.

These have any easy payment method they always have sales every month or so. So be patient. They have fast download speeds. I have used them for +5 years no problem.

under new ownership payment methods have changed for the worse! Topped up my account with credit card turns out vendor's bank in Beijing. Also charged a foreign exchange fee. I don't want to pay with Bitcoin!! I
think with previous owners you could pay with PayPal which was easier..It's a shame as otherwise an OK site..

I've been using them for years. Every now and then I top up my account by the maximum amount - if you pay $100, you get $100 free (well, it's down to $75 free right now). I did a top-up tonight using my credit card and it went through instantly. People whingeing about their cards not being accepted should take it up with their card issuer rather than blame MP3 Million for it, because that's where the problem probably lies. Downloading is quick and easy, album prices are great, and the range is huge. If I found out they were illegal, I'd stop using them, but they say they pay full royalties - and they haven't been shut down even after many years (unlike other similar services). It is probably because of the the fact other services were shut down (which were illegal and not paying royalties) that people's credit cards are being blocked - MP3 Million has likely been put on a blacklist, and the card issuer is responsible. It happened with those other services before. Whether you choose to use MP3 Million comes down simply to whether you believe they're legal or not. And no one has shown that they aren't.

I have been buying from Mp3million for years. They are the best. They reply fast to any & all inquiries you might have about their music. The prices are terrific and I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy music. I hope they stay around forever. Thank you again.

Felt I had to comment on people unable to add money to their account with credit card. I did just that yesterday and have always been able to do that.

Being their customer for years, outstanding prices. You may also submit a music requests there but collection of the provided music is a big enough even without requests.
I have read a lot of comments regarding the issues or difficulties with them, so I would like to make this stuff clear.
Folks, do you ever contact them before posting a bad reviews? I have contacted them a lot of times and every time my issues were resolved.
They have a customer care service contacts on their website, so you should definitely contact them before posting a bad review.

Website doesn't work on my phone anymore, freezes up when it requests to send notifications. Now I have to try to get my money out of my account.
