I keep receiving unsolicited emails from this company despite never subscribing or giving permission to contact me. I don’t know this company and have reported the emails as spam.

P.S. Your response does not address the central issue. How did my email address end up in your possession? Where exactly did you obtain it, when did you obtain it, and what lawful basis do you rely upon for using it for direct marketing?

Was my address purchased, scraped from a public source or supplied by a third party? Can you provide evidence that I consented to receive your marketing emails? How many other unsolicited emails have you sent to people who are not your customers and never subscribed?

Asking me to provide further personal details so that you can remove one address is not an adequate solution. I will not reveal my identity publicly to correct a problem your company created. Having an unsubscribe link does not retrospectively create consent, and people should not be required to spend their time unsubscribing from emails they never requested.

You should audit your entire mailing database, identify the source of any improperly obtained addresses, remove them and restrict your marketing emails to genuine customers and people who have knowingly and validly opted in.

Please answer these questions directly instead of simply offering to delete one email address.

Good selection of lights, happy with my nordlux outdoor light. It was cheaper here than anywhere else. It was sent out quickly.

I ordered two 46mm plasterboard back boxes. Ordering, delivery and price were all fine.

Unfortunately, I found the retaining clip design to be very poor. The clips were extremely stiff and difficult to pull into position, especially once the back box was installed in the wall. Because they were so fiddly and required so much force to operate, positioning them correctly was frustrating and time-consuming.

I suspect the amount of force needed even caused one of the plastic clips to develop a small stress crack, making it even more difficult to adjust on the runner. A job that should have taken a few minutes ended up taking well over an hour and a half.

If the clip mechanism were redesigned to operate more smoothly, or the components made from a stronger, more durable material, these would otherwise be perfectly good back boxes. As it stands, I can’t recommend this particular product.

Great products, great prices and awesome delivery team

An incorrect light dimmer switch was delivered but Mr Resistor went out of their way to hand deliver the correct product on the same day which enabled my electrician to fit when he was still on site.
