I have no complaints about the…
I have no complaints about the service.....however, my Westie will not use the cool mat at all.
I have tried to coax her onto it, even put it on my bed, where she sleeps, she just avoids it unfortunately.
I am of course disappointed, it seemed to be a good solution in this hot weather.

We're pleased to hear you were happy with our service, although we're sorry to learn that your Westie hasn't taken to the cooling mat yet. Some dogs are naturally cautious with new items and can take a little longer to become comfortable with them.
You might like to leave the mat in one of her favourite resting spots and allow her to explore it at her own pace without any pressure. We hope that, with a little more time, she'll come to enjoy it, especially during the warmer weather.

Great product not so much Royal Mail.
Apart from Royal Mail saying they were expecting my parcel and I checked everyday for six days before they said it would be delivered the next day, everything was great. Our Fox Red Labrador loves his cooling blanket in this hot weather, very pleased with Mr Fluffy Friend, not so much with Royal Mail.

Your fur baby will love them!
Ordered two after seeing some heartbreaking stories on social media, I too had purchased the gel type only to find them leaking with goodness knows what was inside of them. I watched my dogs (Staffie and Dachshund) in and out during the hot spells looking for somewhere to cool down so I took a chance, I am so happy I did, how they work is beyond me but they really do! Took a little time for my two to work out they were the coolest place to lay but they did and now the mats go everywhere with us! So comfortable for them and so lightweight and easy to keep clean for me! (just throw in the washing machine) Would definitely recommend giving them a go, your fur baby will definitely appreciate them! 😊😍

My dog loves it
My dog loves it. But a tad on small size. My dog is medium sized and I ordered a large size. I wished I had gone for a much larger one will know for next time.

I purchased the cool mat for my Grandsons dog so I’m unable to sing its praises or deny its worth. Once the mat eventually arrived it was given to my grandsons dog and that’s where my connection with MyFluffyFriend ended, but I’m sure the mat was just fine

I ordered the cool mat which arrived in 5 days. Immediately put it on the floor for my 2 dogs. I ordered the XL so they could both fit on it. They appear to like it as during the heat waves we've had they lay on it all the time. You can feel it's coolness when you put your feet on it. Highly recommend.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size...I ordered a small but a medium is the size I need... so please get the right size for your pet. My Charlie just lays is head on it but it a good products and customer service is one of the best

Easy to order
Easy to order, good delivery. I was sceptical to purchase as over the 12 years we’ve had our dog I can assure you I’ve tried them all (cool mat) would she go on them…..NO! As soon as u open my parcel you could feel how cool the mat was, great quality too. As soon as I put it on the floor she went straight on it. 100% satisfaction from Lexi. Thoroughly recommend. I wish I could show you a photo of her on the cool mat. I bought XL great for my 20kg Australian Labradoodle

These actually work
I was unsure whether these cooling beds would work but was willing to try anything. Both dogs love them and they are cool the touch. I opted for 2 x XXL but could have probably bought the XL size for my two Labradors. Recommended.

Cool Mat
This was my first time ordering and I'm chuffed to bits with the cool mats! It's not like the awful rubbery/plastic gel filled ones, it's got a lovely soft covering and my greyhound loves it.
Will definitely be ordering from MrFluuffyFriend again.

Comfy is a good word but Fluffy is a better one was excited when the half moon shape…
I was excited when the half moon shape arrived the only upsetting thing was the cover looked used and scruffy and dirty however my dog loves it but I have to put a cover over the bed as it doesn't do my lounge any favours and I couldn't afford to send it back The price was high enough but I love my dog so much she is a golden retriever and it was her birthday present I am 85 and wouldn't be able to carry it into the post office anyway but she does love it along with the other 5 Fluffy items she has every one gets a turn she is lost for choice bless her thanks for making her so comfy and content and happy I wish I could get into one of them Shirley Roberts
