Today was a shocking day for my local Mr Tyres. My car was booked in for its annual mot. On arrival I found staff in total disbelief. They had had an arson attack in the early hours. Thankfully the building was ok and in full operational condition. But unfortunately there was some costly damage done to other property. The guys even under such circumstances were professional and polite. And most deserving of a strong cup of tea and a few hours off to deal with what they were greeted by. I can’t fault the service I always receive from my local Mr Tyres

I have been going to the Kettering Branch of Mr Tyre for years now. And I would highly recommend them. Karl is amazing and always goes above and beyond! He is professional, knowledgeable and makes sure I understand what is happening and that I am happy. I would not trust anyone else with my car!

Car booked in For MOT dropped off on time MOT done received a call when they said unfortunately if failed, the staff informed me what was needed and the cost of the repairs and they wouldn't be able to do it till the following day very happy with the with the update.

Unfortunately that's where the good news ends the next day I waited until late afternoon as they didn't call me. When I called up the infomed me the car had been repaired however they would not be able to do the retest as the MOT station had gone Down the manger (of that day) apologised and said it will be the very 1st one done I'm the morning at 8am.
The next day I waited for a call to inform me of any update, at around 9.30am I called them again and asked for a update the manger that day informed me that he hasn't done the MOT as he was fully booked at least until 11:30 that day. I explained that I was informed it was the 1st car to be MOTed that day at 8am and was not expecting it to be done, that manager said he was not aware of this, and said the manager in yesterday was off today.

The manager that day did get the car retested and thankfully it passed.

I get things don't always go to plan but if I was informed I would of just made arrangements at got on with the day.

Always nice and friendly, will only go to MR Tyres as they don't rip you off for being a woman.

I always receive a very good service from this garage. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced in working on our cars. A garage I can trust and definitely use again in the future. Thanks for a service with a smile.

I think if you went in and your tyres did not need doing they would tell you instead of doing it and just getting your money
