SPA pour pauvre...de bonne qualité d'apparence, pas cher, mais après 4 ans petites perforations qui m'a value de vider plusieurs fois le spa pour coller des rustines et maintenant le filtre à eau ne fonctionne plus, impossible d'avoir de solution sur leur site ou réponse évasive ( avez vous changé votre filtre à eau ? nettoyé votre porte filtre !) Rien ni fait. Vous voulez contacter le service de réparation si vous n'avez plus la référence ( code barre ) ou la facture c'est mort ....Bref pour dire on dépense de l'argent en pensant avoir quelque chose de qualité et en fait on nous vends du rêve ou de la m.... A FUIR !!!!

DO NOT buy from this company, honestly the worst customer service I think I’ve ever dealt with, I bought the Tekapo 6 person hotub and used it 3 times all in and went to set it up and it wouldn’t turn on, I paid the £65 to diagnose the problem, when I took the heater out the liner the outer casing had distorted and melted which was worrying. They said it needed a new heater a new pump and a new pcba board, obviously been a faulty unit to start with but I asked at least 5 times how I could have caused this and WAS IT DANGEROUS if it melted any more and not once did they respond to that just to see if I wanted it repaired or the unit back. I paid £320 for the hotub and they wanted £293 just to repair the heater, and only a 6 month warranty. With repair. why would I buy another heater at that price when they can’t tell you how the first one went, absolutely shocking service.

Third time the filter has been sent off and repaired. They send back and works for a couple of days, won’t confirm what repairs they have done and just needs replacing

Bought a new mSpa Oslo unit April '24. I loved it, it is a lot of spa for the money (£2K) but after about 5 months the hard-foam backrests started breaking up, and after 7 months the filter pump failed! To be fair, they sent out 4 new new backrests in hard plastic free of charge (obviously a known fault) and they took the whole pump unit back free of charge and it returned about 3 weeks later, fixed. But the filter pump has just failed again (June '25) so it seems they only last around 7 months? I run mine constantly but a basic water pump should still last a few years FFS! I've ordered a pump online and will replace myself (I got the old one running but it won't last long).
One of the seat pads has also started coning away from the base, resulting in it ballooning with water unless it's sat on. The spa is now only 14 months old and mostly used by me alone, so just be aware that whilst they're nice spas, they are definitely not robust!!

Build quality is poor, my Otium hot tub has been hardly used, it has already been sent back twice for repair ( they expect you to dismantle it yourself by the way) poor communication about both repairs. It is now out of warranty by 2 days and the customer service are not interested in the slightest. Specifications look good but personally I won’t be buying another Mspa product anytime soon.

Purchased an inflatable hot tub August 2020 and has been working fine up until this spring when it didn't heat up properly. Used their repair service, a very quick turn around now working fine.

Rubbish quality regret buying

I have a very bad experience with this brand.

My Spa is leaking water, slowly at the bottom. i contacted support and they ask me they will only allow return if i can take a video of the spa liner leaking from the bottom. which cant happen until its full because of the pressure. i gave them many pics where its leaking in the chassis but they only want to see it leaking directly from the bottom like im going to lift 2 tons with one hand and take a picture with the other hand

Bad quality Bad service avoid

Customer service is terrible and you just get told lies.
Build quality of the filters/ pumps are cheap Chinese junk
The hot tub comes unstuck
Avoid at all costs you have been warned

i would not recommend this product. i have had mine less than two years the heater and pump need replacing at a cost of 169.00 plus an additional cost of 64.99 to send the pump off to be tested.

i am not paying this amount as it is my view the spa should have lasted longer than under two years, especially when i raised issues regarding the noise of the pump when i originally bought it. but was fobbed off.

customer services have not responded to my challenge of it being less than two years old. it is my view that customer services are not interested in keeping a customer happy or at least be heard and resolve amicably.

therefore i am leaving this review out of frustration regarding this company and to ensure no one else buys the product, with no follow up care or accountability or responsibility for there own product.

I contacted Mspa about 6 weeks ago through their online bot and they put me in touch with the warranty team.
At the start after numerous emails we were getting somewhere and I was told I would be getting a returns authorisation.
This was great and I had my reference number ATC 275 412 all going well…..
Nope all I get now is sorry sir we are waiting the a superiors decision.
The girl on the line is lovely but I am getting absolutely cheesed off with a terrible customer service process and a product that cost £500 now sitting at the bottom of my garden.
Sorry Mspa but I would not be recommending you to anyone and it will be back to clever spa for me.

Don't ever buy a hot tub from this company, the quality and service is appalling. I brought a mspa oslo and you would get more joy out of farting in a bath to get the effect then there crap BEWARE i brought last year....

I really can NOT recommend anyone buy these spa's!
I have had 4 now (more fool me!) as I have a spinal issue & at first the spa helped me a lot, however they do not last long & trying to get parts is a nightmare. These spa's last on average about 4 months. My last one was the spa the put me off for life, becuase it became very dangerous when the RDC plug melted. It did not trip. It MELTED!! I was actually in the spa & smelt buring & it was coming from the plug. Anyway to cut a long story short & after heaps of emails & photos of the melted plug to customer services I was eventually sent a new power box from China, which took an age & although I did not have the plug melting again, this new power box stopped working after 3 months, so I was left with no spa & all in all it had cost me a fortune.
Save yourself the worry, cost & get piece of mind. Steer well clear of these spa's.

DO NOT BUY.

This item will disappoint severely. It plain does NOT work. Purchased for an autistic child and its bitterly upset and disappointed. The customer service is a aging and confused man, with no capability of assisting himself let alone his customers. I will be instructing court proceeding and speaking to trading standards.

Rude customer service. Never had any problems with the other spa which I had for 2 years.

Beware scam merchants

Had a leak on the MSpa Norway Hot tub and sent all necessary information over to their customer services . Two weeks later nothing. I paid over £2000 and it appears on the face of it I’ve been ripped off. They don’t answer emails and when they do, they just ask more questions. Classic stalling for time tactics. I wish I’d read these reviews before buying in the summer. They truly are an atrocious company 👎

It looks like trading standards for me next.

Whatever you do, do not use mspa maintenance / support team. Absolute rip-off. Charged 69 pound to send a faulty unit to them . No evidence that the unit was tested or checked and sent the faulty unit back. Quoted 200 pound by them without any justification or warranty info and essentially they have stolen 69 pound with no recourse. Do not answer emails or communications. Be warned. Fraudsters.
