This is my first purchase after having a terrible online experience on a used guitar at a competitor. This was far superior even though the price was a little more. I received notification immediately of my purchase and shipping info same day and my shipping was faster than the other guy at about the same price even though I'm having it shipped to my home this time versus a store. Couldn't be happier with Musician's friend other than it's not clear on whether there is a case included, so............ now I'm assuming probably not which makes the price maybe a tad higher than the competition? If not for that this experience would be a straight up five stars.

Love the gift card idea. However, is there a way to verify to what e-mail address it was sent/delivered? This does not show in the order or order history or email follow-up and if it was incorrect/misspelled, how does one correct it?

Everything was good. Your front page said 10% discount for orders over $99.00. Put in code Festive. No where was a place to put the word Festive. I did not get the 10% discount for this order. A little disappointed.

Disappointed
Sent a Headless and was instructed to send the one with the head, no user manual, also a used in store item, here is the email that I sent you. The ticket for my purchase says that my order is a headless guitar but the picture on the order is the correct one that I ordered that has a head???
I hope I don’t get the wrong one and then have to send it back.
Should be the M5 classic.
Please send return label.
Also I'm asking for a refund.

Cancel previous order to reorder new promotion
Had previously ordered @ cases on the Stupid Deal of the day back on 10-25-25. Cases were on back order and still are. Saw the Stupid Deal of The Day today 12-4-25 for a similar case that was in stock.
Called the Gear advisor and she was able to cancel the previous order and set me up with the new promotion. Fast, simple and very friendly!

New or used? I bought a new Helix Stadium XL, but when it arrived, the box had been opened, the cover on the display was reapplied and there are someone elses presets already installed in the device. I paid for a new device, how do I know I didn't get someone else's returned item that has an issue that I haven't discovered yet. NOT HAPPY!

Great deals and helpful sales person!
I called in after having some problems with completing my purchase using PayPal and talked to Kelsey. She was super helpful and let me know of some other options. She was able to help me complete my order and take advantage of some Black Friday sales. She also helped me get a Musician's Friend card which I used to make the purchase. I preferred this to my Sweetwater experiences lately and plan on calling Musician's Friend first going forward. The rewards program keeps me coming back as well.
