The customer service was absolutely brilliant. I made a mistake on my personalisation, and I didn't notice until I'd paid, but an email to customer service got it all sorted. I ordered a blanket and comforter and they're both excellent. Quick dispatch time, and good quality items. I've purchased a few times from My 1st Years and I'll definitely purchase from them again.

Damage gift box
I ordered a gift 🎁 in a gift box and paid extra for next-day delivery. Unfortunately, the gift box arrived damaged and is torn at every corner, so I’m unable to use it as intended.
As I paid extra for next-day delivery, I’m very disappointed that the item arrived in this condition.

Disappointed
My son is starting school in september so i thought he will be happy seeing his name on it, cannot even return it as its peraonalised. I ordered this school bag for my son, but I'm disappointed with the quality. The material is very rough and hard, which was not what I expected based on the product description. It doesn't feel comfortable or durable enough for everyday school use. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I have ordered before too from this website but both of the gifts material was very nice and the bags were good too. This time my bad luck.

OK quility
I chose My 1st Years because I was expecting a higher level of quality, especially as there were cheaper personalised options available online. I purchased five items in total, including a gift box.
Unfortunately, the overall experience felt quite average for the price. The fabric of the bags was thinner than I expected, and when I opened the gift box, the sticker sealing the box caused the packaging to tear as I removed it. Inside, all of the bags were stacked together quite messily, without any individual plastic packaging, and some of them looked slightly creased when taken out.
Considering this was intended as a gift, I expected the presentation and overall finish to feel nice. The products are acceptable, but if you are looking for noticeably better quality, I would say they are quite ordinary for the price.
Based on this experience, I personally would not be particularly inclined to purchase again.

We completely understand that when purchasing gifts, the overall experience and presentation are just as important as the products themselves, and we’ll pass your feedback regarding the packaging and finish on to the relevant team.
We’d also like to clarify that we don’t individually wrap each product in plastic packaging, as we’re actively working to reduce unnecessary plastic and make more environmentally conscious choices across our packaging. We do, however, offer individual gift packaging for each product, which can be purchased separately at checkout for customers who would like each item presented individually.
We’re sorry that your experience didn’t reflect the standard we aim to provide, and we really appreciate your honest feedback. We’ll take your comments on board as we continue to improve both our products and gifting experience.

Excellent customer service
I purchased a doll with personalised dress outfits. Ordering easy, quick delivery and beautifully packaged. However, the stitching on the main dress was not very good quality and spoilt the doll, which was of high quality. As this was a gift, I raised my dissatisfaction via their What's App communication. Their response was prompt and really helpful and understanding. I dealt with Krisha and they sent a replacement item by express delivery with no hassle. Exceptional customer service.
