I got the cybex ballios lux bundle and honestly it’s the best buggy and best company to buy it from looking at price and delivery

Staff were extremely helpful with answering questions about the pram I was interested in. Any questions they couldnt answer they went away, found out and called me back promptly.
The gentleman who delivered my pram called me to let me knowhe could deliver it personally so could get it sooner!
Excellent in all aspects!

I order a chair for a baby, that had to be returned for replacement. Company dealt with this in professional manner and quickly. Got my replacement soon afterwards. Very happy now. Always responded fast to emails and solved the issue. Recommend !

I phoned to enquire about delivery lead times for a car seat and was promised a call back.

Not only did I not receive a call, but the car seat I was looking at then became more expensive on the website and was suddenly marked ‘out of stock.’

Very curious.

Good thing I didn’t buy the car seat, if it isn’t really in stock…? At best, they don’t call people back when they say they will. At worst, they don’t keep their website updated and/or have supply chain issues.

Disappointing, as I wanted to support a local, independent business.

My experience has been over al very satisfying. There was a slight miscommunication on the website which was revolved very quickly through chat. Richard was delightful and helpful! Highly recommended. Great prices and customer service!
