Terrible experience continually. Have tried to reset password repeatedly, still doesn’t work. Have used the new system of using double password or tags , does not work. Very frustrating.

Her name is Gurdie
Her name is Gurdie. I spoke on phone with her and she hung up on me twice. Not wanting to do her job claims to have bad connection but first call she could hear me perfectly clear. Second one I asked to speak with the manager because I knew she was going to hang up on me because she did so the first time. I was polite on the phone call both calls. I rose my voice second time cuz she claim bad connection before hanging up on me because I asked to speak to her manager. She fails to do her job. She answers calls to hang up on people. Please terminate her or reduce her hours. Because she is absolutely unqualified. If you don’t believe me. Check her call records. I just wanted to fix my account because I am unable to do so for some reason I am unable to receive the code for restoration by either text or email. Nothing comes through.
Useless
It wants to send me a code but it does not.
Apparently I have to verify my epic ID which I have never had.
Seriously mismanaged
Been happy with this app until yesterday I received a message to open app and review my test results from that morning. Intrigued, as I hadn’t had any tests for months I opened and saw someone else’s ECG results !!
This is seriously bad. I phoned to complain. Although they said they would investigate and call me back. 24 hours later I’ve heard nothing. Just looked again and results have disappeared !!
Looking into how I manage my information or more importantly if my information is being shared 😡
Doesn't understand even basic accounting.
I paid $ for a doctor visit at the office on June 29. I then had test done on July 9 elsewhere where that office did not collect payment. My chart billed me for the June 29 visit which I had paid in full at the office. I finally figured out that they applied my June 29 payment to the visit 10 days later at another organization. This isn't the first time they have screwed up billing/payments for me.
As a person diagnosed with a rare disease
As a person diagnosed with a rare disease my chart has done nothing but make it harder to get help . If you see a doctor that gives you a misdiagnosis you will be fighting for your life to get any doctor you see to look past that diagnosis . This one star goes covers the entire medical system in this country . I am saving every dime I can to move while I have a chance .
Trying to log in on the NEW AP HAS BEEN…
Trying to log in on the NEW AP HAS BEEN a nightmare. All it does is never send me codes or not allow me ask for one. There is no live customer service apparently and you can’t access billing directly.
I’m going to scream
Inferior to Follow My Health
Poor design, gaps in information capabilities, providers struggling with multiple aspects of this system, including billing. Follow My Health is far better in every way!
Mychart may be the end of Stanford's healthcare preeminence
This is an extremely problematic way of communicating with patients. Stanford personnel repeatedly explain that they cannot provide any substantive information over the phone, even after patient identity has been confirmed, and instead rely on steering patients incessantly towards "mychart" which doesn't work. 75% of the time I try to access health information, it doesn't work. Even once you get in, it is confusing and doesn't appear to connect you to any of the surgeons or providers that would be able to provide substantive response to medical questions. Stanford hides behind PHI and HIPAA regulations, but all of this can easily be complied with by talking on the phone or obtaining consents to email private patient information to the patient's email. This is ridiculous and I will not be returning to Stanford. This organization has gone downhill entirely since the implementation of mychart.
Terrible product that does not care about users
Terrible product that does not care about users. Every single time I try to log in, the password is rejected and requires going through the password reset dance...except this website does not actually require (or even support) passwords. It basically relies on passkeys...which is literally just doing a password reset dance every single time you log in, without ever actually using the password.
At least they demand your birthdate as some sort of static 2FA...because that's /totally/ not something an attacker could figure out.
It also sends an email to you about something being updated *EVERY* time you send a message to the doctor...not just when there is a response.
It's also buggy as heck, with lots of automatic redirects that send users to pages that do not exist.
Completely pointless.
Completely pointless.
I am 36 weeks pregnant. I called the hospital to arrange a growth scan, I was told someone would be in contact via this app. I said I'd never heard of it, and could I be contacted via email. I was told I'd have a link come through, so I signed up when it did. A few hours later, I was informed by text the appointment time, then an hour later, received the same information email. I have since received reminders by text and email. So the app is a complete waste of time and money in my opinion, as its never been mentioned before and wasn't even needed when it was
This EPIC software is an EPIC failure.
I could not log in or refresh my password. System would not send me login codes. I could not use system to send my records to my next Doctor's appointment. I'm resorting to keeping my records in a WORD document, and printing them out for my doctor. Totally defeats the intended purpose of MYCharts.
Care for my daughter has been…
Care for my daughter has been phenomenal at UVA. But, the communication about setting up a mychart account for an incapacitated individual needs significant work and change. No one told me about a proxy form that had to be completed to set up the account, even after me providing guardianship court order paper work. UVA needs to do a better job training the intake staff at doctors offices and HIM on what is needed from patients caretakers to be able to have access. I still do not have access to my daughters mychart and she is receiving treatments 3 times a week, unacceptable!!
It is a solution looking for a problem.

Does not help me, but creates work!
I'll get texts indicating results are available, I log in and no. Nothing, nada, nyet.... today I received multiple texts telling me I had results. I log in only my appointment was added; it was for the day before. So I return to the original text and clicked that link. It used: (my hospital name)/MyChart. Different set of credentials!!! OMG!
My wife had been on the phone for 90 minutes on their help line just to get hers to work. It doesn't.
The one time I did actually need a result, I couldn't print it or screenshot it.
All it does is data mine me.
I'd hate to be forced to make appointments through this app. The entire month is clear, you make an appointment then the next day you get a text.
Can't open it at work, so when you are on your lunch you open it and find out the slot is taken.
This madness repeats until you decide to just call in.
Yeah, that'll be a hard no.
I'll literally stop going to the doctor.
Get with it!
I have a my chart set up with sound family medicines that worked just fine till this new set up came into being. My username and password have always had a quick connection. Now this new crap does not recognize my password that's been used many times and wants to send a code that never arrives. A poorly operated system Get with it or quit.
Clowns
So if people telling y’all that they have problems, why y’all not answering people this is why companies like y’all fail at everything y’all do cause because y’all just a bunch of failures who ain’t gonna never succeed, yall just money hungry maggots who sucks on trash for a living. if it don’t benefit you, you don’t care that’s why y’all gonna burn in you know where. All that to say stop being stupid and respond to the complications and btw who the heck are yall to tell me I need a 12 character password. Yall do realize I can access everything I need without ever opening your app again?
MyChart has simply become too…
MyChart has simply become too complicated, with all the security checks and something about “passkey” which I don’t understand. Tried to add information about changes in my condition, but as far as I could see it didn’t go through. Do we REALLY need all this security?
My Chart Central: A Mountain of Suck
I recently created an account with My Chart Central. Previously, I had only My Chart, which worked well enough. I linked my My Chart to My Chart Central, linking the health organization I use in the process. Ever since then, I haven't been able to do anything on My Chart. I've tried to send messages and make an appointment. I keep getting booted out of whatever section I'm working in, so that I can't send any messages or make any appointments through My Chart. My Chart Central, in other words, is a MOUNTAIN OF SUCK! I'll have to do an old-fashioned phone call in order to be able to make an appointment.
Does anybody use MyChart?
Does anybody use MyChart? I sent a message to my primary care and they have never responded. I was able to access MyChart and then I wasn't. My credentials are saved in bitwarden. No luck whatsoever with email or password reset. Called up MyChart and gave them at least 10 pieces of information and they still could not get access. These guys write crap code and could care less. Good luck with that business model! I'm done with MyChart... a blessing
Beyond obtuse
Beyond obtuse. Receptionists, 3, they don't book you in, or answer phones so why they sit they wasting resources is beyond me! So you have to arrive on my chart, not that WiFi works in the hospital, my chart says to check with reception, I did, like typical "over assertive tyoes" got head bitten off "yoh don't have to do that!" So to recap, no instructions for what TO do only instructions to do what NOT TO DO 🤣
MyChart Has HORRIBLE Customer Service!
I've been trying for MONTHS (Months!) to get someone from MyChart to call me re my bill. They do not respond. No wonder their Trust Pilot ratings is so low.
