Mychildsroom Reviews

Had a couple of issues with delivery but when the bed arrived it was easy to build and my son’s face was worth it all. He absolutely loves his new car bed and the features it has. If you’re thinking about getting one, stop thinking about it and just do it! This bed is stuff childhood dreams are made of, the look on your kids face is absolutely priceless!!

Very pleased with our new bed. Beautiful finish and headboard. They couldn’t have been more helpful with delivery.

Really happy with our daughter’s new bed. The quality is excellent and the bed itself is very sturdy and well made. The mattress is also great quality.

Will hopefully be purchasing another one soon for our older daughter 😊

Bought an ottoman bed for my daughter. From start of purchase the child room were very helpful and responsive. Took around 10 days for delivery, the delivery person was also very helpful and helped my husband bring the bed upstairs as I was heavily pregnant.

Bed is great quality and my daughter loves it.

Fantastic product and really good service. Couldn’t be happier.

Bed was exactly how I expected it and is good quality. Service was great, kept me updated the whole time and delivered when they said will all the parts.
I was silly enough to break a couple of feet and they sent these out to me complementary.
Would definitely recommend.

I bought a bed for my daughter. I am very satisfied with the bed, very good quality, exactly as in the description. It was delivered with care, I received it already assembled, only the headboard had to be installed. I warmly recommend the company's products. Great communication.

Beautiful bed and mattress, better than expected!! Definitely recommend

After searching on Google for an ottoman bed, this site came up and I’m so pleased I ordered with them, a very efficient service received from start to finish! Emails responded to quickly, every query dealt with. Samples sent in the post quickly.
The bed itself was received when it was meant to and communication was very good there which is always helpful when you are waiting for a delivery.
Very pleased with the quality of the velvet on the bed.
Would definitely order again from them and will be recommending.
Would be great to see the fabric samples change on the website, just to give you a better idea, but like I say samples came through quickly and lots to choose from too.
A good selection of headboards too!
Delighted with service, thank you!!

The beds and service are all good. We are really satisfied. Thank you!

A good quality storage bed, competitive price, delivered on time with a 2hr delivery slot. Kept up to date via WhatsApp. Would definitely buy from them again.

We recently purchased the Kids' Ottoman Storage Bed Base and mattress from My Child's Room, and I must say, we're highly impressed with both the product and the service.

Initially, we encountered a minor issue during the first delivery with the bed installation. However, the company owner showed remarkable proactive measures to rectify the situation promptly. They sent out another fitter to assess the problem, and upon identifying the issue, they swiftly arranged for a replacement to be sent out.

Throughout the process, communication was excellent, and I felt reassured by their responsiveness and commitment to resolving the matter satisfactorily. My experience with My Child's Room has been nothing short of exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of high-quality children's beds and impeccable service.

Thank you to the team at My Child's Room for your dedication to customer satisfaction.

Highly recommended!

Sent swatches quickly and I ordered the bed which arrived within the timescale. Delivery was great and although only used once so far the bed seems sturdy.

Bed took a little longer than the 7-14 days anticipated but worth the wait. High quality bed and really good price compared to other mainstream companies. Once I was given the delivery date was kept informed via WhatsApp.
