Ordered, then the delivery date just kept blowing out - now I’ve got to buy something else because their 10 day delivery time has turned into over a month & it’s still not delivered!!!

Definitely not an Australian website. The stock is shipped from China. The shirts we ordered looked nothing like the ones in the picture (they were supposed to have a vintage design but were printed on a plain, crappy material shirt) and the stitching was horrible (my grandma can sew better than that). The other products we ordered had black specks in the acrylic casing which I couldn’t even clean out. Their customer service responses are very AI and claiming their workmanship is individually handcrafted. If that were the case, then they wouldn’t have let the product leave the warehouse like that. It was too good to be true. Highly disappointed and a waste of money!

Biggest scam ever! WARNING DO NOT BUY

Orderd 3 items. Was told 1 item not in stock and has delayed shipment. After following up again because of the delay, I requested a refund of the unavailable item and process the other 2. They advised this is possible but I was required to confirm I wanted to proceed. I confirmed. To then be told all items are in stock and a restocking fee with apply if i proceed with the refund. Shortly after that email I was advised again the item was not in stock...

Still to this day no items have been shipped and Im still waiting.

They try and scam you every step of the way. A $30 purchase then has product insurance added, then shipping insurance, then to top it all off, get to checkout and 10% 'duties' added. No mention of what 'duties' is. If it is GST, then illegal to advertise a product without GST included in the price under Australian law. I then decided not to purchase. I don;t mind buying a product at a fair price, but this was dodgy every step opf the way.

Finished product was awesome. True to size and really nice fabric.

Product is amazing , exactly what I anticipated. Staff responded efficiently whenever I have problems. Only the delivery was delayed so it changed my plans as I was leaving the country so have to arrange people to receive my delivery. Overall it was awesome customer services and will definitely order from them again.

Vivian was fantastic in coordinating bespoke changes to the design I requested. Thank you, I’ll be back.

Have used this company several times.
Normally very good. This time however there shipping has let them down. Shipping times listed on Web sites are crap. Will not arrive in that time for event. Even with express shipping. Items will arrive after the event. Absolute waste of time and money.
I would strongly recommend going with a different company.

I have had the best experience with Myfacesocks. Communication is excellent, customer service is excellent, parcel delivery is excellent. I had an issue with one of the shirts with sizing. I emailed the company and got a very quick response and a fast resolution. The shirt was remade and shipped to me with no cost. The team in customer service were wonderful to deal with. Thank you so much, love the products and would highly recommend !

Shirts look fantastic. Soft fabric, vibrant colours and the photo is clear. It will make my husbands big 0 birthday so special when he walks into the room! Thanks for the great customer service too 🙏

This company is great UNTIL you receive the order that doesn't look like the website photo. Women's shorts arrived knee length (not as pictured) and I'm now out of pocket to have them hemmed. Myface asked for the hemming receipt which I provided and now a week later (post hemming) are telling me they can't reimburse for the hemming without a photo of the original product. The hemming cost wasn't worth the amount of back and forth I've had to endure with this company. I do not recommend.

A slight mix up re delivery was rectified promptly and fairly. Genuinely thoughtful interaction. Friendly response and understanding. Will do business again. Will recommend to my friends.

Very misleading describing item as a 3d character and shows it as a character and it arrives as a flat keyring which is written on the very end

Putting the design together using my phone was a little challenging and repetitive, however the result at the end was well worth it.
The card looks amazing and I can't wait to see my sons reaction when I give it to him for Christmas.
I will be recommending this to others.

Surprisingly good quality material and the photos we provided came out really clear too. Deducted a star as the red is actually maroon.

The fabric is really disappointing - it feels plastic-like and has lots of static. I thought because it was an Australian website that the product would come from Australia but coming from overseas it didn't make it in time for my husband's birthday party which is why I had them made.
