Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and supportive

I am very pleased with American Financial Solutions because the helped me reduce my debt.

I was dreading trying to figure out how to survive after a divorce with moving out, using credit cards to survive, finally getting a job and trying to LIVE and pay off the debt I accrued. I was riddled with guilt of how bad I let it get. The woman that helped me the first time I’ll never forget, I was in tears and she was like hey it’s okay that’s why we’re here to help. I just paid off my debt that I thought I would carry into my 40s! I haven’t even hit 30s and I’m so excited! Everytime I called and spoke to a woman representative it was such a pleasant and kind experience that I just felt such joy. My last payment the woman I spoke to told me congratulations and you should be proud. I cried when I was 2 payments away and I cried when I paid my last one off. I am so grateful for their help, how easy they made it, and how well they worked with me and made this experience truly human to human.

Great, yeah I'd say, in a word. A true helping hand in (somewhat desperate) times is/was truly a God-send. Best tho is making the process so easy, once all's in place, a true no brainer of trust & reliance that the best is expected and will be delivered. Suggestions to improve? Nah, just keep doin what your doin!

I used the to help consolidate my credit card and loan debt. I was able to make one monthly payment versus many. They were very informative throughout the entire process, sent monthly statements, and were available to answer any questions I had.

The entire process straightforward and relatively stress free. Representatives were accessible, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Overall as good of an experience as a debt management plan can be!

This company made my whole experience so easy. I have been on the program for one year and things are going great. Everyone at the company, especially Moe, has been professional, friendly, and awesome. They did a good job getting the companies to work with them and lower or completely stop charging me interest. 4 more years to go and I am a happy camper.

Customer support. I am very happy with AFS, so glad I called them. My financial advisor back in Buffalo is recommending AFS to his clients in need, after my praises with my experience. Great monthly rates, opening fees & best length of contract.

They made promises that they could work with all financial institutions to reduce my interest rate and monthly minimum payment. They were able to work with several of the financial institutions, but there were three they were unable to arrive at any type of compromise.

So glad I called American Financial Solutions!

They never make me feel small. they are VERY helpful and understanding. And seem to truly believe in my success.

I was unemployed for the first time at 55 for 6 months in 2025. AFS was able to provide flexibility on payments while I searched for work and suspended payments on almost everything but the bare necessities.
