Snorkelling Trip - A Complete Rip-Off & Scam
This was the WORST tour we’ve ever been on and a complete scam. The website promises 5 amazing snorkelling spots, small groups, expert guidance, and proper equipment — but NONE of that happened. We were crammed onto a diving boat with around 60 people, sat for 1.5 hours before leaving, and then dumped at just one location for over 3 hours with NO snorkelling gear (only masks, no snorkels). The boat blasted deafening music all day, was full of smokers, and we had zero guidance. When we asked about more stops, we were told there’d only be one more — which meant wasting another 3 hours.
To make it worse, we were abandoned in Kemer with no transport back, forced to pay 900TL for a taxi on top of the 5500TL tour fee. Our kids were devastated, we wasted a precious day of our holiday, and the whole experience was a nightmare.
And now, adding insult to injury, the company has REFUSED to refund us despite their false advertising and our awful experience. They’ve taken our money and run. Avoid this company at all costs — they lie, they don’t deliver, and they clearly don’t care about their customers.
