We were very happy with the transition to our new machines.
Deanna liaised during this and they were delivered and installed on the dates given and the technical support was there to tweak the machines to our systems.
It is wonderful to have a contact (Claire) who can help you rather than an automated call centre.
She doesn’t even mind my silly questions!

All aspects of the purchase were handled efficiently by knowledgeable sales persons, demonstrators and installers. Responses to questions were direct and to the point. Communications and meetings were on time with additional support readily given on request. Particularly useful was an invite to attend a
demonstration on the printing equipment that utilised documentation from our business.
