Change in internet provider
Following a change in internet provider we were experiencing difficulties with printing. Mark was an absolute professional and patient throughout the process, talking us through what needed to be done (and answering the silliest of questions!) as well as following up afterwards to ensure everything was working properly. Absolute stars would wholeheartedly recommend.

WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH OUR COPIER/PRINTER/SCANNER WE FOUND THAT THIS WAS DUE TO THE TONER /WASTE UNIT BEING FULL, WE SPOKE TO MARK HALLAM AT YOUR OFFICE AND HE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL AND SOOOOO POLITE AND NICE TO TALK TO HE ARRANGED A NEW ONE TO COME TO US FOR TODAY (HOPEFULLY) HE REALLY DOES HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO A TEE THANK YOU MARK, AND GIVE HIM A BONUS HE IS A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY.

Mark came to set our printer up and he was a superstar. He was extremely patient with our IT system and it's users! It was a big modernisation for us, and he helped it go smoothly.

We did have some problems with our ink cartridges being delivered for a few days, which was thankfully resolved after many telephone and email conversations, otherwise we believe everything is in working order

There were some delivery delays/lost parcels around Christmas with the courier, and it sounds like this has affected you. Mark Hallam was amazing. After 2 days of DPD nondeliveries for vital staples and 300 funeral service books needed by 5pm today, he drove them himself in his car and we are printing again!

5 Star Fantastic all Round Service
We dealt with Thomas Brown ay My Printer Room, who's listened to our reequipments and came back with a great proposal we signed with 48 Hours. Tom has continued to check in from time to time to make sure everything is running smoothly. I have found the process of dealing with My printing Room fantastic throughout. Would happily recommended them to anyone.
