Jay was very responsive and communicated with me promptly throughout the day as I needed to get an order going quickly to arrive in time for our Driver Appreciation Week in September. He's been courteous and helpful.

Placed an order on May 1st 2026 and thought I paid at that time .. apparently did not, but did pay on July 20 2026?!?
On Aug 19 sent email asking where is my order? Was given a case # on Aug 19 which said I would hear back in 2 business hours. Today is Aug 24 and still have not heard anything? Today the 24th I have called twice.. once was put on call holding and then hit hung up on and once left my # for a call back well over an hour ago and still no response …
Could someone PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON?

Being able to easily place my order and speak to a human. However this last order of pens do not seem to be as well made as the tip unscrews and the spring pops out. This has happened to about one in every five pens I've used. Hopefully they're not falling apart from my customer and the second half of my order yet to come maybe is better quality? I've continued to order the same pen because of its quality, the comments I received on how great it writes so if it is self-destructing upon use could pose a problem for future orders.

This is the second time I've had to use my appointed representative, Analise Chua. Both times she has been difficult to understand via email and on the phone, she is not clear or direct. My company has been using Myron for over 20 years with Bert who has since retired. The first order I tried to place with her, I ended up cancelling because she didn't understand my request. We went with another company. I am afraid she does not understand my simple request again, so we may be leaving Myron soon unless we can get a new representative.

I love the quality of the items ordered and response time from the team. I do wish the online ordering system would have our order history available so that a reorder could be done from there instead of email.

Asked specific questions about my business and usefulness of other products. Asked how I did last year with their products. Was very professional and kept the phone call efficient and not drawn out
