The customer service was 5 star but the product was bad. Several pens came with missing parts. There was parts of the pens laying in the bottom the box. Some pens we had to put together other we couldn’t use because of missing parts. I’ve ordered from Myron on a yearly basis for many years and never received a bad product until this order
