We recently switched from another supplier and have found Mythic Beasts to be far more responsive, much higher quality and - astoundingly - considerably cheaper than our previous host.

We greatly appreciate the access to the "back end", the extensive online documentation and the responsive support we've received to date.

I have been using mythic beasts for > 8 years for both business and personal hosting projects. Every time I have interacting with their staff they have been extremely helpful and approachable. It's a pleasure to deal with a company where you can speak to people who understand the technology rather than just following a script

I've been using Mythic Beasts for a year and a bit (after fleeing TSOHost following the 123Reg/GoDaddy sellout). They are an excellent Cambridge based company featuring real human beings. And not owned by BT, GoDaddy, etc.
I had just been using them for domain hosting but, with the current train-wreck of Plusnet offloading its email to some incompetent startup, I've moved my email and web hosting to Mythic Beasts too. And it's working great - I'm (so far) a Very Happy Customer (tm).
They do say that they "focus on providing services to technically capable customers" so you need at least some clue, although I'm no guru of t'interweb. If you've got a least the basics, their help documentation is good and their system "just works".

I use mythic for my hobby domains and websites. It just works and is cheaper than the old provider, but much easier to deal with.

I used mythic at my old work to sort an Wordpress blog website, and they were able to fix and migrate it in the same day. Just a totally over and above the service I was expecting.

I've had a couple of personal domains hosted with them since 2011 which is quite a long time now I think about it. I've only had to contact support twice and they helped me out quickly. No complaints.

Competent, professional hosting services, with amazing, responsive, knowledgeable support.

I've been using them for years for domains and DNS. I love their no nonsense approach and decent pricing. They're a breath of fresh air away from all the nonsense upsells and dark patterns of other companies. Mythic Beasts stuff just works and works well.

Mythic have handled my domain registrations for over a decade, and they just stay out of my hair. Reasonable price, excellent control panel and they had DNSSEC automated before it was cool.

I've also used their off the shelf WordPress which is flawless and I've got a dedicated server with them which has been rock solid for over five years now.

I use Mythic for my domain registration and hosting a small web server. Excellent customer service, good prices, no upselling or surprise fees. They provide a service for a good price and that’s is. Absolutely wonderful, do recommend.

Things rarely go wrong, but when they do the support team are phenomenal. Not a script in sight because they actually know what they're doing

I’m a happy customer of Mythic Beasts for many years now, across several different websites and servers. They provide a great service, at a reasonable price, with a solid technical backing and friendly (and knowledgeable) support. Their admin panel is powerful and easy to use, and they put appropriate focus on the correct use of web technologies and good security practices. I cannot recommend them enough.

I've been using Mythic Beasts for web hosting for several years and I only wish I'd started using them sooner. Over the past 30 years I've hosted websites on various platforms, good and bad, and Mythic Beasts is the one I always recommend now.

I use their shared hosting service and have a managed Virtual Server. Their web management interface is simple and works really well. It feels like it was created by a human who uses it - unlike other off-the-shelf systems.

Every time I've had to ask for help or advice I've received a quick response from someone who knows what they're doing and is unfailingly helpful and polite. If you want good web hosting by people who care, this is the place.

This hosting site allows IP theft. Ignores all take down requests. Very rude and arrogant support.

Does not respect Intellectual property copyright take down requests. They will allow and site to pirate and sell material that is copyrighted.

I have been an incompetent user of Mythic Beasts since 2014 and on the occasions when I've dared to ask support a stupid question I have been treated very courteously and quickly and my problem has been resolved. No hassles and no bad treatment. The service has never been down as far as I am aware and billing has worked smoothly.

Very easy transfer from our previous hosting company.

There's no phone support, but they answer emails very quickly. Quicker than ploughing through GoDaddy's Chat procedure and no upselling.

They have their own support which seems tidier than cPanel.

Good value.

Only problem incurred during changeover was I didn't realise we needed Mythic Beasts to clear their emails cache.

Someone asked me why Mythic Beasts have so few reviews here after I recommended them for hosting. I suggested the explanation was v probably a combination of (a) they are relatively small and (b) (more) that their service is so good it rarely occurs to people to comment on it. Stuff just works.

Having been with my existing since 2006 I had no problems until last week when my email forwarding just stopped, no notice, nothing.
Unable to get it going again and their support non existent.

Enter mythic-beasts. I picked them because they seem to have a support system that actually works. I made a small mistake in transferring the domain and email. They got straight back to say one field was wrong and even suggested how to fix it. Very impressed.

So now a few days on with all the DNS stuff percolated through the systems I again have a Domain host with email forwarding.

All in all a happy bunny again.
