Urgent Vietnam Visa (My Vietnam Visa) Reviews

Great service, great communication, great processing time.

Vietnam Visa saved me from an expensive mistake. I’d already booked flights and a hotel before realizing I needed a visa. They delivered my e‑visa within hours, and I verified it on the official Vietnam government site—it was legit. The whole process on their website was fast, and their live chat support was quick and helpful.

Excellent communication and service from this agency! I highly recommend them if you are waiting for your eVisa and need to expedite it.

I was still waiting on my eVisa 24 hours before my flight and thought I would need to get a VOA (Visa on Demand) letter as an alternative option in order to travel.

Fortunately I found my Vietnam visa.com online and found out they could expedite my existing eVisa application. I contacted them around 8am and they initially said I would get the eVisa by end of rhe day but I received the eVisa approval and pdf by noon! Price was very reasonable at around $80 US.

Again, highly recommend you use this agency if you have any eVisa issues!

I love working with them. They are prompt and get your visa taken care of right away. I have used them Twice. Once from Bangkok and once from Malaysia. The first time I had waited too many days doing it on my own. So I contacted them and they were so helpful. I didn't even bother waiting for my visa leaving Malaysia. I contacted them and they took care of everything for me after I registered within 24 hours and they were early. Cannot THANK them enough, they are life savers!!!!

My husband applied for the eVisa online. They kept sending him emails requesting new passport photo, despite that his photo was taken by a reputable passport photo shop. We were running out of time, so was so grateful to find My Vietnam Visa. They were able to expedite his visa for a 1 day processing time and got the visa for him just in time for his flight. Ms. Lan Lee from their customer service department was very pleasant and professional. The expediting fees was reasonable when comparing with similar service else where. Overall, great experience and highly recommend this comany.

A big shoutout to the My Vietnam Visa team for a job well done. They helped expedite my husband’s e-Visa for Vietnam. He got his visa just in time to make it to his originally scheduled flight to Ho Chi Mihn City. Without their help, he would have missed running his half marathon in HCMC and touring the beautiful country of Vietnam. Again, thank you very much! Will definitely recommend you to our family and friends. Keep up the good work.

I cannot recommend Vietnam Visa highly enough. I needed a visa urgently to meet my family in Vietnam for a family holiday, and due to my own misunderstanding of the visa requirements, I found myself in a difficult situation.

From the moment I contacted them, their team was extremely helpful, diligent, and fast. They patiently handled my mistakes and misunderstandings, clearly explained what was needed, and took care of everything in a calm and professional manner. Despite the time pressure, they worked efficiently and kept me informed at every step.

Thanks to their support, my visa was processed smoothly and in time, allowing me to join my family without stress. If you need a Vietnam visa—especially in a hurry—I strongly recommend using Vietnam Visa. Their professionalism and customer care are outstanding.

Mia, with the company, responded within minutes to my email. I had not realized that no visa was required for a holder of a UK passport. She confirmed that was accurate.
We did not need to use the company but appreciated the fast, quality service.
I also noticed the company's fees were much lower than listed by similar companies.

I would like thank “my Vietnam visa” and specially Mia for saving my trip. I had just 20 hours to get 4 visas and they got it for me.

I used their services when we suddenly had to go to Vietnam earlier than expected. They were so communicative and responsive it was amazing service. They did exactly what they said they could do. So appreciative, thank you for being so good at what you do!

Responded quickly and got my visas a couple of hours before the requested timeline so very happy

Great Service and support system. Thank you.

We dropped the ball on waiting too long to submit our Vietnam visa application and feared we were going to have to spend a ridiculous amount of money to modify our trip. My Vietnam Visa saved us, and the cost was very reasonable for the service they provided! They got the visa approved and returned within a matter of hours, and they communicated along the way. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing to expedite their visa.

Outstanding customer service, responsive, and processed a Visa quickly, ahead of a holiday shutdown.

Thank you!

Honest, helpful, and empathetic. Their communication from start to finish was excellent. We realized that we did not have the required paperwork for our Vietnam trip of a lifetime, and somehow, during our less-than-12-hour layover in Korea, Vietnam Visa was able to expedite our existing applications, which had been listed as “in progress” through the government. We had our visas before our next check-in. Not only that, but they anticipated an issue with one of our ID photos and got in touch with us in time to make the necessary correction. Thank you for literally saving our trip! Highly recommend this company, who went above and beyond for us. They are also much more reasonable in terms of cost than their competitors! Highly recommend!

Quick, easy, cheaper than other sites that upcharge so much and the team were so helpful! Thank you!

I messed up getting my 13 year old visa as I filled in the dependant child section and we were not allowed on the plane. Ordered an emergency visa through myvietnamvisa.com, they were in touch over email to get better photos, great communication all the way through and the visa came in 2 hours before expected. Fantastic service, thank you, saved our holiday.

I had a self-transfer through SGN and the team helped me to get the e-visa done within few hours, thank you so much team!

Didn't know that Canadians needed a visa and didn't know that visa on arrival required an approval letter. Luckily I found these guys and they were able to get me an e-visa within 2 hours. Saved me my non refundable trip. Mia was also very responsive! Highly recommend.
