Urgent Vietnam Visa (My Vietnam Visa) Reviews

Quick and easy — they honestly saved my life haha! They reached out about 5 minutes after my payment and answered all my questions. I would 100% recommend.

A great Professional experience,
I would highly recommend.
Thank You very much

This actually works! We booked the 4 hours turnaround on a Sunday. We had the visa at 10am on Monday morning before our flight which was 2 hours earlier than even the team predicted. They were also very responsive to my emails and acknowledged my request in a Sunday. This was so worth it!

I oversaw the waiting time for my visa. I knew it would come every second, but with my flight time emerging I wanted to be sure to clear it asap, even I was frustrated with my cost of my mistake.

Shortly after buying the service I received my visa before they started their process. The agency was reasonable refunding my money within few days.

These people are very legitimate and very good. Very quick turnaround to facilitate Vietnam visa. Made my holiday so much more enjoyable. Many thanks to all the staff, especially Mia🙏🏻

Second time to use this site for my Vietnam visa needs and they always deliver faster than scheduled. So worth the fee and simplicity of their process. Also they are really good with communication through email!

We had an excellent experience with My Vietnam Visa. Our visa did not come in before our trip to Thailand. We reached out to them at 8am on a Monday, and had Visas by 3pm. There was an issue with the information entered when we submitted, and their team immediately reached out via WhatsApp to fix the error. They were great. Would highly recommend!

The Visa was getting delayed and I booked an emergency VISA service with the team. After making the payment, I received the VISA within the next few hours via the regular route. The team after figuring this out, refunded the entire amount on their own without needing to be prompted, and displayed exceptional professionalism.

Would highly recommend!

Fantastic service, excellent communication, trustworthy and really helped us out!! We had less than 12hrs before our flight with an unapproved evisa (due to a mess-up on our part), and the Vietnam Visa team were able to expedite it for us and save us so much stress with plenty of time to spare. I cannot recommend their services enough for travellers in a similar position.

Great customer service, great response time, great delivery time! They got my e-visa approved 6 hours before the promised time!!! I chose the same day emergency option, my flight was within the next 18 hours, I was so worried to not get it on time, but I got it, and it was such a relief and worth the money paid!

Fantastic service, great communication throughout the whole process. No stress whatsoever and I would thoroughly recommend this company

I did a mistake with my passport not being valide and couldn't board to Vietnam. However with thr evisa, a turn around could have been found. I contacted the myvietnamvisa team by chat Saturday evening local time. They provided me the steps to follow and in few minutes, i could pay the fees and get my application on the list. I received my visa on the monday morning in express within the time communicated by the team and was able to board on time (honey moon saved ! So a great thank you again)

Incredible customer service!

I messed up and needed to expedite an existing visa application. Found this site via Reddit and despite a 12hr time difference was able to communicate with some directly (via email) immediately. They helped advise me and ultimately helped expedite the visa. Later, when I decided I wanted to extend my trip, I emailed the same customer service person and was given good advice for free. I rarely write reviews, by this team deserves it. 5 stars

Great service from the team. Got my visa ahead of when they said they would and saved me a lot of stress from what could have been a very expensive mistake on my behalf as I didn’t realise I even needed a visa.

Mia did a wonder job on getting my Visa expedited! She was attentive and responsive every step of way. I would recommend this website to whoever is looking to get their Visa in a timely matter.. My visa was processed within 4-8 hours!!!

Needed to get a visa for my son who did not get one in advance. The site was not accepting my payment. I wrote an email to customer support. They got back to me in less than the 1-2 hours noted on their site. They were helpful, friendly and made sure that I was able to pay and get the eVisa is enough time for my son to make his flight. They also checked in to confirm that the visa was received, I thought that was a nice touch. Thank you!!

We paid for an expedited visa service and then our visas were approved right after we paid (before My Vietnam Visa had done work on it), so they gave us a full refund. It was very unexpected and kind, and we were very grateful.

These folks saved my holiday! I waited for my visa and it never came. The day of the flight I emailed them and got it expedited and they were communicative, nice AND on time. If you’re stuck it’s worth paying. Honestly. The next time I return to Vietnam I’d likely go directly to these folks FIRST rather than the government site as they don’t respond to their support emails. And you have no idea how long it’ll take or if a scammer has hacked in and stole you fee. EXCELLENT service from these folks

I got my e-visa successfully just in one day under the help of this agent. definitely will us their service in the further. Highly recommended.

Great service, great communication, great processing time.
