Great prices, deliver your order - fast.
Wow - Yankee Candle Advent came well packed and as described. Less than half the price in the stores and had free delivery! All candles smell as they should. (I opened the box to check them) can not wait to open each window now. Always wanted one but normal prices are too much for a calendar but this is very affordable. Tracking is very up to date at all stages. Would definitely buy from again.

Still getting use to this cooker but have discovered that it saves on use of electricity, 44 different programmes. Could do with a good mesh basket.

We're very sorry to hear you're disappointed with your experience.
Please rest assured that we only sell 100% authentic fragrances, sourced directly from reputable distributors and brand partners. We do not deal in counterfeit or imitation products under any circumstances.
We understand your concerns about the packaging, and we apologise if it came across as careless. We’ll raise this with our dispatch team to ensure higher standards are upheld.
Regarding the scent performance: fragrances can sometimes vary based on batch codes, skin chemistry, or environmental conditions. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, so we respect your decision to return the item and we’ll ensure your return is processed promptly.
If there’s anything else we can do to help or if you’d like to try another product, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
I purchased Kojie San products from…
I purchased Kojie San products from this seller, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. When I requested the supply chain proof, they refused to provide it. Later, they gave me a so-called LOA (Letter of Authorization), but even that listed a retailer as the supplier — not a legitimate distributor or manufacturer.
Amazon and eBay both rejected the invoice provided by this seller, confirming that the source is NOT recognized or approved. This means the products are not authentic or traceable to any official supply chain.
On top of that, the seller refused to accept a return or issue a refund.
Avoid this seller at all costs. They’re untrustworthy, sell questionable products, and provide fake documentation just to appear legitimate. Total scam — beware!

We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and want to address your concerns transparently.
As can be seen from our many other positive reviews, we are a trusted and established wholesale supplier. We take product authenticity and customer trust very seriously.
While we are unable to disclose full supply chain details due to strict confidentiality agreements with our partners, we do provide documentation — such as letters on official letterhead — to confirm the authenticity of goods when required. These letters are intended to assist customers with verification and meet platform requirements where applicable.
We understand this experience may have been frustrating and again offer our sincere apologies. Please know we are always here to support our customers and ensure they are confident in every purchase.
