I came in with a knee injury and it was diagnosed very well. Only needed one visit. They sent me home with some great exercises and have now fully recovered.
My son and daughter have visited as well. Great local business and highly recommended.

Would recommend. Everyone at Nailsea Physio was so helpful, including Cameron on reception who was a star.
I saw Freya about my knee and she was great. Was very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me firstly with exercises and good advice, and then helped me move forward with my knee problem recognising I might need surgery, and provided advice and a referral letter. She was correct in her diagnosis. I would definitely go back to see her.

It is a while since I last saw Emma, and it was a real relief to see her again today. She treated me for the aftermath of a fall. Not only did I get relief from pain, I got a great deal of reassurance. With the use musculoskeletal models Emma was able to explain what had happened.
I came away feeling easier in my body, but also in my mind. Thank you Emma for your time, patience and understanding.

I saw Emma today regarding stiffness of my foot post an injury a few months ago. She was extremely helpful, kind and knew exactly how to help! I am so grateful for the treatment I had today as it has already helped with my pain.

After struggling with back problems for a number of years I finally booked to see Emma on the recommendation of a friend. She completed a thorough and honest assessment of my issues and she and her team have utilised a variety of treatments to alleviate the problem. A personalised exercise programme and monthly visits for acupuncture and massage have helped enormously. Emma and her staff are both professional and friendly and I would highly recommend Nailsea Physio Ltd.

Really good bunch here - experts in their field and also very good at explaining steps to take to remedy issue. Would highly recomend.

After having a hip replacement operation, still having pain and difficulty walking I felt that I needed professional help. Emma took great care and notice of my medical conditions which included MS and gave me the right exercises to help restore muscular functions. She gave me progressive exercises over the sessions I had with her that greatly helped towards my functional mobility. Emma was so helpful, supportive and understanding.

I had a total knee replacement recently. I went to the clinic before surgery and spoke to Kirsten in reception and she was very helpful. I was so grateful that Nailsea Physio had no issues in doing home visits.Emma has been amazing - I wouldn't have been as far on in my recovery without her. She has helped enormously with all my various issues after surgery and has reassured me along the way. She has even fitted me in after her normal finishing time to help me recover. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Sorry can’t remember his name, but he was amazing, diagnosed my problem, gave me exercise to do at home . Gave me a lot of advise . Didn’t feel pressured to go back again , but I did ! 2 appointments sorted me out with home education .

Emma visited my elderly mother (86) in her home. She was extremely kind, patient and very knowledgeable regarding the challenges of mobility issues in old age. She has given her a very gentle exercise program which is helping enormously already. Mum also found Emma ‘very easy to talk to and a lovely person’.

I have had 2 sessions with Emma, for a shoulder problem. Emma is professional, friendly and she quickly assessed my problem. The new exercises are helpful and well explained. Unfortunately, the acupuncture on my 2nd visit was not helpful, but this was mentioned to me anyway and it was worth a try! There was no pressure to have further treatment, but I would return with confidence if needed.Rosemary.

My treatment was excellent and addressed my problems. Emilia was very friendly and explained or answered my questions, plus giving me advice on self help techniques at home

I firmly believe that it represents excellent value for money, especially seeking the services of a professional person who can address this specialist subject
I have already booked a further appointment and would recommend the company to friends etc

I booked to see Katie Lewis, McTimoney Chiropractor, as I was experiencing pain in my neck / shoulder and pins and needles in my left arm.

I was a bit reticent as had some negative experiences with a chiropractor in the past. However she was great and combined her McTimoney techniques with soft tissue massage to relieve my neck pain. There was no hard sell but I wanted to come back as could see the difference it was making.

Katie has a wide range of techniques to ease muscle pain, including acupuncture and cupping which all contributed to easing my muscle spasm. She also gave me exercises to do at home.

After 3 visits my neck feels so much better that we are going to move to maintenance appointments.

I thoroughly recommend Katie; she’s friendly, knowledgeable and provides effective, fast working treatment.

I went to see Katie after a slightly off putting experience at a chiropractor clinic and I’m so glad I did. In our first appointment she put me at ease, did a thorough assessment and corrected a number of the things I’d been previously told. Since going to Katie we’ve identified the cause of my sore hip and lower back, she does great adjustments, acupuncture and massage and she’s given me exercises and advice on the bits I need to strengthen to live pain free. What more could you want ?!
And in a turn of events, Katie and the nailsea physio team were literally there for me in an hour of need when I rolled my ankle badly on a run, they all helped me, gave me fab advice and iced it for me. It was bloody amazing and they were all so kind.

The physio listened and then gave extremely good advice about ways I could help myself - exercises and a change of footwear. There was the offer of further help if I needed it. I would thoroughly recommend using Nailsea Physio.

I was in extreme pain for a couple of weeks and was able to get an appointment with Nailsea Physio within days. Andrea Cutrupi took time and care to see what the problem was and gave me exercises to do, which were within my limit. He also has magic hands as within days I was back to normal.

I saw Emma because I had problems with my neck and shoulders. I had a comprehensive assessment, acupuncture and massage. Emma explained exercises I should do at home. Subsequently I was sent an email link to my information which have details of the exercises. I was told that there was another member of the team I could see, who would be slightly cheaper, if I wanted. There was no pressure to book another appointment.

Fantastic service. Exceptional & experienced team. Transformed my recovery from knee surgery. I highly recommend Emma & her team.

I have just had some further physio from Emelia Gibson which I find is helping me. Emelia is very professional, friendly and I have trust in her for the treatment I am receiving. Would recommend her and Nailsea Physio.
