Excellent service. I was confused about how to do the transfer and emailed the company. I had a call almost straight away and was given support and guidance. Definitely recommend.

Review zonder uitnodiging
Antwoord van National Numbers
Hi Dr Jenkins,
We're sorry to read your review and are concerned by the comments you've made.
We take our customers' privacy very seriously, and all of our marketing emails include an unsubscribe link so recipients can opt out at any time. We'd like to investigate why you've continued to receive emails after asking for them to stop, as that certainly isn't the experience we want anyone to have.
We'll look into this as soon as we're back in the office and, if you could contact us with the email address involved, we'll make sure this is investigated thoroughly and any issues are resolved.
Kind regards,
National Numbers
Update 15/07/26 - Further to our previous response, we've also sent you a request for further information via Trustpilot, but unfortunately we haven't yet received a reply.
We'd genuinely like to resolve this for you. However, we have a number of customers with the surname Jenkins, so we're unable to identify the correct record from your Trustpilot username alone.
If you could let us know the email address that's receiving our emails, we'll investigate this immediately and ensure your marketing preferences are updated if required.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, which removes that email address from future marketing communications automatically. We also action any direct requests to stop receiving marketing emails as soon as we're able to identify the correct record.
Without the email address concerned, we're unable to identify the correct record, so we're keen to hear from you in order to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
Kind regards
National Numbers
