Excellent service. I was confused about how to do the transfer and emailed the company. I had a call almost straight away and was given support and guidance. Definitely recommend.

Too early to request a review as transaction incomplete.
It's too soon to say as I've not received the transfer documents yet.
I'll do another review once the purchase completes

Hi,
We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the time taken to receive your order.
We understand that waiting longer than expected can be frustrating. Your order was placed on the evening of 12 June and, as part of the process, we needed to obtain documentation from the DVLA before we could issue and dispatch your certificate. We received the documentation today and posted your certificate immediately.
Thank you for taking the time to speak with our team. We appreciate your patience and hope your certificate arrives with you very shortly.
Kind regards,
National Numbers

Hi John,
We really appreciate your continued custom and are sorry to hear that on this occasion you weren't completely satisfied with the service you received.
We've tried to contact you a couple of times since your purchase to see if there's anything further we can do to help. Ryan did send the required details to your dealer as promised, so we're not entirely sure where things may have gone wrong, but we'd genuinely welcome the opportunity to understand the issue and assist in any way we can.
Please feel free to get in touch with us directly if you'd like to discuss this further, and we'll do our best to help.
Kind regards,
David Edwards
