The bed arrived when we expected having received plenty of updates.This is the second Naturalcalm bed we have bought for our lab Willow and as with the first she felt the need to throw it around the room and leap on it for a day before realising how comfortable it was. We followed the same tips we were given originally and now she has two comfy places to sleep.

My dog bed is 10cms smaller than the bed I paid for so my dog can't get in it. It cost £62 and is no good for my dog. I contacted Natural Calm with photos and emails but they are not doing anything, it's very hard to get a response from them, just AI telling me to do everything I've done already. Do not buy anything from Natural Calm, they're a scam company. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Rubbish. Very poor quality. I left it to expand over 24 hours and followed instructions and realised Id been conned! Its flat and filling is lumpy and thin. Picture makes it look good but actual product does not look like picture.Can feel the floor through the bottom.Bought 90cm bed to replace existing bed and my dog chooses to go in old bed which still looks better and has more padding despite being 4 years old.

Beware, this is a scam! This is the most appalling dog bed I have seen. Thin, scraggy, lumpy, the list goes on ... it's like my cockapoo is lying on the floor! He won't even stay in it. To make matters worse, my emails requesting a refund have been ignored. I suspect that's a lot of money I will never see again. Natural Calm, you are a disgrace!

My girlie had a bed for her 9 th birthday and she has paraded around showing everyone. That made me cry so beautiful. If my girl loves it I will ask for no more ❤️🐾

Awful quality dog beds. Ordered the 70cm and 80cm version for our two dogs. The larger was ok, just, but the smaller one is no better than a large towel on the kitchen floor. Obviously made to a budget, sold at a premium, and utterly useless as a dog bed. Beware. Not to be recommended at all.

Ordered a donut dog bed. Came vacuam packed down to the size of a small cushion. It was very thin with little padding in the base or support at the sides and did not improve during the so called 24 hour expanding period. Cheap and nasty, not as described or pictured.
Feel I have been conned. 0/10. Going for a refund.

Do not buy anything from this company the beds you see are not what you get very thin material. My puppy sat on it and it just went flat as a pancake, no quality not worth 10 pounds 😑 disgusting and conning company 😑

No stars. The dogs beds are the cheapest quality and it is impossible to get a refund. Avoid!

The absolute no contact number for customer service ordered one bed fine other bed still at depot since 8th June their support email sends you round in a loop turns out that the not so clever ai assistant

Ai is absolute garbage

Absolutely gorgeous calm bed. I bought the 80cm dark grey colour. My 4 year old Cockapoo was very suspicious when I put down the bed! It took him 3 weeks to test on am ad hoc basis … 6 months later he absolutely loves the bed. Either curls up like a ball in the bed or spreads himself out like human on the bed! Delighted with this purchase. I would 100% recommend this bed.

I did order a 100cm version of the same calm bed which last week . I thought if I ordered a larger size and put it in the bedroom my dog would not sleep on our bed and take it over! He took great offence to larger calm bed -
It’s is significantly larger than the 80cm bef! Clearly prefers his 80cm Cockapoo sized bed! I have the 100cm toy step son for his large breed dog and he is delighted with his gift!

Placed an order, paid for the order but order not delivered. I have cancelled order but "Customer services" do not reply to emails. This site is a scam.

Total scam, IT chap selling these, a&t digital solutions. I got paypal involved, or if card payment contact them. And consumer helpline that often pass it on to trading standards. Finally found email address through an apparent machine response. Think the guy is taking the piss, can see somebody type and response is very personal to what you've said. Looking for contact details discovered policy no details, no address, company number, no phone number nothing. Guy looks a smarmy git too, once you get his name through
companies house. Stay clear, don't loose your hard earned cash, didn't even open the second bag, tiny parcel for a 90cm bed, the material looks cheap thin and nasty. Vaccum bed measures 2.5 cm, need to inflate 5x or more to look remotely like the add cushion! My order was ready Monday but didn't get it until Thursday, 48hr delivery. Offering free delivery to international purchases...either big head or something not right. So dissapointed

Evidently can't spell

The product is not fit for purpose. I can't figure out how they can get away with it. Customer service is nonexistent; they will ignore ALL your requests. Furthermore, they do not provide a contact telephone number or an address. I would happily apply to the small claims court for a CCJ, but I can't provide an address for service. This is wrong, this company, which I believe to be Chinese, needs to be put out of business now. Don't go near them. If I do ever find any contact information, I will post it here.

ordered an expensive dog bed which was misdelivered. Went to their website and there is no support email address and no phone number. just a repetitive chatbot. Ist time customer - looks like it will be my last time! Glad I paid by credit card so I can claim back my money. Avoid this company!

False advertising. I ordered 2 beds and only 1 delivered- I tried to sort with “Customer Services” but no reply to emails, just automated response from AI. The bed I did receive arrived vacuum sealed and the quality is poor, no padding at all so not sure where the comfort is! After getting nowhere with the company I contacted my bank to raise a dispute and was reimbursed immediately, so they must be well known for scams. Buyer beware!

Problems from start
Ordered a dog bed to Crete, Greece. Paid for it using a UK card. They confused the card data and address at first. Emailed them explaining the difference between the card address and the delivery address. Emails get responded to with a message saying this is not customer service. Re-emailed. Chased. No phone number to speak to a human being.
The bed went to the UK, not the Greek address, and I got a congratulatory confirmation,
Still trying to reach customer service for them to correct this.
Don't want the bed anymore and am sorry I bothered dealing with Natural calm.

Our puppy seemed to like the bed, which was a good start, but I did think the quality looked pretty poor (and much flatter than the pictures).

We'd had the bed (and the dog) for just over 4 weeks and it's trashed. Pup chewed straight through it and I had to fish lots a small wads of the stuffing out of his mouth and throat.

And although it says the beds are washable you'd have to find a launderette with an xxl machine to be able to wash the larger size - no removable cover. To be honest it would have needed washing if i'd kept it, because it had started to stink - our crate mat and the pups blankets dont smell
though, so must be to do with the materials (which incidently dont look very 'natural').

I feel as though i was ripped off.
