The Natural Rug Store Reviews

The rug is exactly as pictured and described and is excellent quality. It is well worth waiting for.

I had purchased a rug for my kitchen years ago. The rug itself was still in excellent condition but the edging was poor. I asked if they, Crucial, provided a service to replace the edging but no go. Leon however, offered me a 10% discount if I ordered a new rung, which I did. And it was fabn-u-lous. Sad news, I spilt black coffee on my new mat which has stained. Vanish did no favours. Took the colour out.

Quality of rug is great. Just had to chase up when it was being delivered as hadn't heard anything

Quality of every order consistent. Staff actually telephone you to let you know about delivery times and to discuss anything they have a query with.
Would always recommend. Great to buy from a UK business too.

Lovely quality, better than I thought it would be. Better than buying a rug that wouldn’t have fitted. The fit was spot on to the absolute multimeter. It looks wonderful. Great price, great delivery experience. Thank you.

Great products at reasonable prices. I have two Natural Rug Store rugs and I love them. Good customer service - very quick response to queries, and despatched as advertised.

It looks beautiful, fits the space well and arrived on time.

Sadly we were extremely disappointed with our recent purchase. The rug stains extremely easily (ie water will stain it!). Despite buying the cleaning kit, this has also stained it as apparently they cannot get wet at all…therefore I would avoid this if you have kids!

I asked to have a call with a manager as we were disappointed that the cleaning kit we had bought with the rug had actually made it worse when used..however this request was refused and we were told we hadn’t used the cleaning product properly..this is just not true!

If you’re looking for a rug which can be cleaned and deal with minor spills this is not for you!

Excellent service and high quality rug. Would definitely recommend for custom made rugs using their rug tool and sample service. Spot on!

Excellent product & service thanks. Delivered slightly early. I’ve had seagrass before but it is still a concern to order from a new company , but I am very pleased . I ordered a custom made large mat with black edging. Looks great !

The finished rug is a natural product, but there were many more blemishes in the weave/materials than I've experienced with other vendors. Other than this the edging is good, the order and fulfillment process were good, and the price is good.

Good communication, unfortunate delay in materials. All worked out well.

Really happy with my made to order sea grass mat, produced to a high standard and delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

I had several queries prior to ordering and the team were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. I ordered samples which arrived very quickly.
I made my choice and had a made to measure jute runner with a basketweave border and I'm so pleased with it. It looks fabulous next to my bifold doors. Thank you so much!

Very pleased with the rug. (It is the second time I ordered and happy with the quality and the service provided. Thank you!!.

Excellent service. Sample service great. Recommended

Happy with my two rugs although I thought the natural colour would be rather more “blond” (according to the pictures on the website). It is actually more yellow, like straw. Still like it very much though.
Delivery took ages. Ordered in July, delivered in October! But all in all, I am happy to recommend this company. 4 not 5 stars because of length of time to deliver.

Ordered samples which arrived the following day and then ordered our rug. It was delivered very quickly and was so well packaged and looked great the moment it was unrolled. Exactly as we wanted and excellent quality. Would certainly recommend this company.
