Hi Simon,

We really appreciate your custom and hope you enjoy your rug for many years to come.

Great company support turning a negative into a very positive outcome!
What started as a disappointing experience on receipt of our rug as it was out of square by over 5cm and as an entrance rug into our oak flooring it looked terrible and was not rectangular.
The process of trying to convince the Natural Rug Store that this was the case was also very long winded. First photographs and then detailed measurements were required and after supplying all of that they then required the rug back to be checked by their ‘Production Manager’ who then verified it was incorrect! Finally they agreed and after chasing them yet again we received a full refund. Not a great experience and after 6 or 7 weeks from ordering we were back to square one!
However thanks to James, who contacted us directly, he quickly reassured us in terms of reviewing their processes in situations like ours in the future and also very kindly offered to pay for the replacement rug we had sourced from an alternate source which we accepted.
That offer was beyond what we could have expected and we felt like a valued customer, turning what was a very negative experience into a very positive one.
Again thank you James.

Hi Raymond,
We're very sorry that your rug arrived out of square and that the process of establishing the fault took longer than it should have.
Having personally reviewed the full correspondence surrounding your order, I agree that once you had provided the additional measurements, we should have moved more quickly to getting the rug back and physically inspecting it.
Once returned and inspected by our Production Manager, the fault was confirmed and you received a full refund.
After seeing your review, I also contacted you personally. You mentioned that you had since purchased a replacement rug elsewhere for less than half the cost, so in addition to the full refund already provided, I offered to reimburse the cost of that replacement rug as a further goodwill gesture upon receipt of proof of purchase.
That offer remains open.
We can't give you back the time you spent dealing with this, but we can acknowledge where we fell short, put things right as far as we're able to, and learn from the experience. We've reviewed how we handle situations like this as a result.
We're genuinely sorry that on this occasion we didn't deliver the experience we expect our customers to receive.

Great options for a custom made rug…
Great options for a custom made rug online. It is very easty to pick from the choice they have and build your own rug. Ours was for the entrance hall, very narrow and long, and it worked so well. This is actually our second one with Natural Rug Store. Quick delivery and great customer service. Highly recommended!

Hi,
Ah, this is lovely to read, thank you so much.
Really appreciate you mentioning the whole experience, not just the rug at the end. We put a lot into making sure everything feels smooth and clear from start to finish, so it means a lot that you noticed that.
Seagrass in a hallway is such a great choice as well. It’s practical, looks great, and when the size is spot on it just makes the space feel right straight away.
“Looked perfect in my hallway” is exactly what we hope for every time.
Thanks again for taking the time to share this, it genuinely means a lot to us.

Hi Mrs Porter,
This means a lot thank you.
We put a huge amount of care into making sure everything is right before your rug even arrives, so hearing that it landed exactly as you expected and that the quality stood out is brilliant to hear.
I’m especially pleased the updates along the way helped. When something is made specifically for your home, you should not be left wondering what is happening. You should feel confident in it from start to finish.
Looking forward to helping with the next one when you are ready.
Really appreciate the recommendation.
