Good customer relations and excellent service . The rug is really lovely, only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I'm struggling to make it lie completely flat.

This is the second stair runner that…
This is the second stair runner that I’ve ordered from this company as I was so pleased with the quality of the product and the customer service I received. I ordered a few samples and Leon phoned me to see if I needed any more samples. He even looked up the Farrow and Ball colour scheme in my hall to include samples that complemented those shades!!

Great new sisal rug and would recommend the company
We are so pleased with our new rug. Leon was really helpful organising different samples for us and it was then very simple to place the order. It's well made (thanks Tammy!) and was delivered within the advertised timescale, with great communication to set a final delivery day. I suspect our rug is smaller than many the company provide (140*140), but they extended great service and attention to detail.

Leon will be chuffed to know his help with the samples made things easier, and Tammy will be thrilled to hear her craftsmanship is appreciated. We pride ourselves on attention to detail, no matter the size of the rug, so it’s wonderful that came through. We hope you enjoy it for many years to come.
Superb product, exemplary customer care
From start to finish the whole experience has been amazing.
I ordered some samples, got a call from Leon to check what I wanted. He listened and then added some more samples which he felt may be better for us. They were!
The communication has been outstanding. The rug was made earlier than originally expected, but I’m sure there would not have been a problem if we weren’t ready. We were. We chose our delivery date
Unwrapping the rug- so carefully packaged was easy. The rug is splendid
I have no hesitation in recommending this company. An example of how to do business
