Thank you for being with us for so many years and for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry this order did not go as smoothly as it should have. Unfortunately, the product sold out right as orders were being processed, and we know that was disappointing to find out after placing your order.
We did send an email update as soon as we became aware of the issue, and your order will be shipped as soon as the new supply arrives. Thank you again for your longtime support of Natural Wellness.

We also appreciate your kind words about our efficiency. As a small company, we put a lot of care into every order, so it means a lot to hear that it is making a difference. Thank you for being part of Natural Wellness and for taking the time to share how you are feeling.

I like your products
I like your products. The problem is they take so long to get here. I saw some of your products on Amazon and am wondering if I should just do that?

Teri, thank you so much for your 5-star review and for sharing your feedback.
We understand how important timely delivery is. Your recent order was placed on 1/18 and shipped on 1/20 (our office was briefly closed due to a snowstorm), and USPS made it available at your local post office for pickup on 1/27. Even with the weather delay, it was still within the 7–10 business days quoted for the standard shipping method selected, but we understand that waiting can still feel frustrating.
Regarding Amazon, some of our products are listed there, and in many cases they’re actually shipped directly by our team as well. However, not all of our items are available on Amazon (including the product you ordered) and we’re also able to offer special pricing and discounts when ordering directly through our website.
If you ever need assistance selecting a faster shipping option or have questions about availability, please reach out. We’re always happy to help.
