You can count on Natural Wellness…
You can count on Natural Wellness products to arrive on time, like clockwork. If you need to call, the staff are extremely sweet and nice. The price is reasonable and the quality of my product, Ultra Thistle, is superb. My liver enzymes are good and low thanks to this product.

Needs Improvement
Should give free shipping at lower cost. Slow site. Don’t offer Apple Pay.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We understand the wish for lower thresholds on free shipping. Shipping costs are quite high, and we work hard to keep product prices as low as possible—so we can only offer free shipping on larger orders. At this time we accept credit cards and PayPal, but we’ll keep your suggestion for Apple Pay in mind as we look at future updates. We also appreciate your note on site speed and will review that with our team. Thanks again for your feedback—it truly helps us improve.

spent ages back and forth and then found it didnt apply - wasnt very clear

We appreciate your feedback and we're sorry for any frustration you experienced using the EXCLUSIVE code. The email does state that this discount applies to "one-time supplement purchases only" and cannot be combined with EasyAutoShip plans, along with other exclusions. Your order was for an EasyAutoShip plan which is why the EXCLUSIVE discount was not applied, as you are already receiving a 15% discount and reduced shipping and handling.
