We are really happy with the quality of food. Our dog's coat is soft and shiny, he doesn't have stomach problems. Regular deliveries are very convenient. We were also very touched, when our Dominic received a Christmas gift with December food delivery!
Highly recommended!

My 9yo Frenchie has so many allergies. He also has a discerning palate and would rather starve than eat a meal he doesn't like.
We've tried so many types and brands of food. They've either caused allergic reactions or he didn't like them or got bored of the taste. Not to mention the expense. We both love Naturo!
He really enjoys the texture, especially of the meals with rice or gravy. I enjoy how few ingredients they have and that they are all real food items. Naturo meals are as close to home cooking as you can get without needing a 2nd mortgage to fund dog food or spending hours cooking, sourcing broths and foraging for herbs! Also, there are so many flavours for him to try! Many dog foods contain chicken as well as the main meat source. Often this is only shown in the teeny weeny ingredient list on the back. My dog is allergic to chicken. Naturo has so many options with and without chicken. They also make it very clear on the front of the packaging what is in the food.
The subscription is so easy to use. Naturo email a reminder before it is packed, so I can make last minute adjustments. His food is always on time and I get regular updates about postage, I know to the hour when it will arrive.
The food is cost effective but the quality is superb. The icing on the cake was the gorgeous Christmas bundle my boy received! A little Christmas card, a huge squeaky turkey toy, a spork and a lovely Christmas dinner- which he could eat!
I love the attention to detail at each step, from producing the food, offering a range of portion sizes, clear labels on the packaging, reasonable prices, the proactive approach to subscription management, reliable postage and lovely gifts. What's not to love?

Easy to order, arrived on time and my dog loves the food.

We find the herb jelly dog food perfect for our German Shepard. She eats this well and it doesn't upset her tummy.
When we place an order, our order is delivered within a few days , with notification of when it's due to arrive.

Good feeds, wholesome ingredients, easy to use website, decent discount for bulk order brings it to Tesco's price or slightly better for the products I use, provided order big enough for free delivery. Wish the individual plastic trays were plainer though, it's a pain scrubbing out all the sculpted areas so the trays can go in the plastics recycling. Also wish there were more poultry-free options. Like many collies and collie-crosses, mine cannot tolerate fowl of any kind, which means there are only 2 wet products and no dry products that suit her.

Have ordered since 2021 and fed up with the constant price increases. One product has gone up 85% in that time! It is a good product and good service but I'm afraid I cannot accept the price increases and have found an alternative.

What can I say. I have a very fussy bulldog who I tried on every dog food I could find but he would eat it for a couple of weeks then turn is nose up . I found Naturo and I have never looked back he absolutely loves the Lamb flavour and been having it around a year now. Would definitely recommend this food as I told a lot of family and friends and they have put their dogs on it now. The first time ever I got a free fantastic toy and Christmas card for my dog. I have never had anything like this from any company before absolutely brilliant

These products for dogs are brilliant. Best brand on the market. Our dog has a sensitive tummy but loves all the jelly recipes. Loves the salmon one. More fish ones please.

Our very fussy Labrador really loves the wet food and as we know it is made from natural ingredients we are happy to continue to feed him it. Having the online service available direct from the company saves us needing to get the food from a supermarket

Reasonable price for subscription

Our son gifted us 2 x boxes of mixed selection adult dog for our 45kg German Shepherd.
The first time we fed it to him the kitchen looked like a slurry spreader had been in overnite.
We waited a week before we tried it again....the slurry spreader returned!
We asked around and found a friend had a similar experience.

I introduced this dog food to try and put more weight on my elderly lurcher , after eating it for just 2 days he suddenly became very poorly vomiting blood and stomach lining , bile , plus blood in his diarrhoeas he was so lethargic and sad we thought he was going to die we took him the vet’s who said it was looked very likely that the change of food had caused it due to his stomach lining being inflamed our dog was given omeprozole , 7 days !
could there be something in the food certain dogs are allergic too ? I have read through the reviews and have read a review of image of symptoms!! Lately nov 2024 all I can think is that he was allergic I still have a sample of the food if you want to analyse ?

We have a subscribe and save deal, which if we need to delay we can, and when we are ready for our next delivery, it arrives with zero cariage cost.

Brilliant service delivery etc. One of my dogs, Greyhound, has a really bad since feeding Naturo he has been great! All my other dog love it too.

I cannot fault Naturo. Delivered within 36 hours. Along with a xmas present for my dog.

My dogs absolutely love Naturo food, nothing left in the bowls. Delivery was really quick and amazed to receive a fabulous large soft dog toy for Christmas. Still intact which is very surprising 😅
