Tried this for first time after being disappointed with Burns Wet Food. Tested first to see if my dogs liked it and it didn’t upset them. Was very pleased with the results. Order more and my Dogs love it it’s really good natural food thank you will be using this from now on.

The most important thing about this product is the fact my dog loves it. It suits him and I’ve tried other products and he’s even sniffed and walked away. So happy Digby happy me!

The delivery was quick, however I’ve had to drop one star as quite a few cans were badly dented.

I started my 13 yr old Bischon on this food a few weeks ago and she loves it,it smells just like our own food which is what I wanted,I have tried all brands of food and this is the one she loves because she loves our dinners.

Getting too greedy. Price of a 12 pack of grain free going up by a further €3.30!!

Price for the same pack in 2022 was €15.11
Price went up to €21.45 since then.
Price is further increasing to €24.75 now.

An increase of nearly €10 in less than 2 years.
Pure GREED!! Shame on Naturo.

Will 100% be shopping elsewhere in future.

Tried placing my first order for cat food as a first time subscriber they were offering 30% off first order. Placed the order and subscribed monthly. Two days later I get the most abrupt rude email from customer services saying I was in breach of T&C’s even though I was a first time buyer. Emailed them back for them to tell me that if someone in the same household has a subscription you can’t sign up for the offer yourself even if you are ordering for different pets! Absolutely appalling.. get penalised for living at the same address. Cancelled my subscription because of how rude customer services were.

First class service-ordered one day delivered the next!! Well packaged & just what we needed-so difficult to find in local stores….

Shocking when you can buy its products cheaper by £3 on 2kg dry dog food out off tesco asda than there online shop won't be back

I was hoping for 30°/° discount on my first order. Due to me receiving an email with a smaller discount then I didn’t receive the 30°/° off. I feel this is very unfair and misleading

All my boys love the food. Delivery is quicker now that it used to be, and the packaging is way more robust too! Happy customer 🐶🐶🐶
