I believe customers should receive a 'leave a review' email about three months after their order is delivered. This isn't just for your company, but a general suggestion for any company I order from. I just received my order yesterday, so I haven't had a chance to use the tools yet.

My first impression of the purchasing process was very positive. Delivery from the UK to the US was smooth and timely. The tools themselves look great and feel high-quality, with a nice weight to them that suggests a good grade of material.

The one thing I was not crazy about was the Hand & Cuticle Serum. I was excited to use it at the office, as I'm trying to make an effort to keep my cuticles hydrated. However, I just tried it and the scent is very strong, like a man's cologne. I like men's cologne, but not on me. Suggestion - may be an unscented option

I will update the review once I try the tools.

From the packaging, the signature scent, the quality AND aesthetic of the tools, Navy Professional just get everything right. The new 2.0 tools in Space NK are perfect, lightweight and easy to use with precision. Thank you Navy! x

As a long standing customer of Navy Pro I am consistently blown away with the quality and thought displayed through each product. From cuticle care to their recent release of the cleansing balm I am absolutely in awe of how their products perform! The new cleansing balm is my absolute fave, so soft and natural feeling and leaves no fog when cleansing the eye area, an all round 10/10 product!! ♥️

Honestly wouldn’t use any other brand, I have invested a lot of money from their nail drill, their tools and hygiene products. They are top notch and would recommend to every nail professional. I damaged my drill charger, sent navy a message to see if I could purchase another and they have very kindly sent me a new lead through the post free of charge. Thankyou navy x

I have bought the cuticle balm three times now and cannot be without it. It smells divine and does such an amazing job. I would highly recommend using it and will continue to buy it for as long as I can! Great work team Navy!

As a professional nail tech who’s been a loyal Navy customer for a long time, I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent experience.

I ordered the Katy Cuticle Nipper, and the one I received was blunt straight out of the box, with faulty springs that didn’t function properly. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it’s a serious issue when you rely on your tools daily for professional work.

I contacted customer service and was asked to send photos. Despite clearly showing the issue, I was told there was nothing wrong. Eventually, they agreed to send me replacement springs and asked me to confirm my address, which I did right away. But I never received anything. And even if the springs were replaced, the blades are still blunt, making the tool unusable for precise cuticle work.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating especially as someone who’s supported their brand and recommended it to others in the industry. I expected much better quality and service. Sadly, I can’t recommend this product or company based on how this was handled.

This company is absolutely incredible! I’ve only ever experienced 5* customer service & the products are great too🤭 Mollie especially has been great with sorting any issues I have in such a quick and helpful manner!

I absolutely love the smell, it relaxes me so much. I have the hand and cuticle balm and also the hand soap and cream. Just for guest to the house and at work The soap with its tiny beads its the best soap EVER.
Yes they are pricey but i don't care.
The only negative is the website. Give a little more context to products. I would have bought more products if i knew more details. (sale lost)
I don't want to have to call when there is a website.
On the point of customer service - wrong product sent out, but no quibble it was replaced and was received within a few days no hassle. Cant complain.

Based on other review bought a set as present. It was expensive comparing to alternative products and was bought as the present. Unfortunately wrong items were sent. Disappointing especially that person who received the present can’t use it now. For the price which one pays it is disappointing

Having discovered Navy nail balm at Rudding Park spa. I ordered from Navy website, the first response was hello lovely, apart from their balm being Champion, what a lovely personal way to greet your customers.

I can’t even begin to explain the amazing service that’s provided by Navy. I order all the way from Australia, so for me it was abit of a gamble starting up my nail business with products from the UK. But I wanted something really high quality and for me Navy had it down.
Iv now ordered twice from them and from the products, to packaging, to communication, to fixing any issues that arise, it’s nothing short of amazing.
If you’re questioning purchasing from Navy, you can rest at ease. The company and service are outstanding.

Absolutely cannot be without my Navy tools. My clients always compliment how pretty they look. Not only do they look amazing, they’re also so sharp and precise.
