Classy packing and amazing value for money 💰
The NY name is tried and trusted already👏🏽I gifted myself the Advent calendar 😬The variety is good especially, as it is tough job to curate to suit everyone's taste and choices. This is one opportunity for trying things which we normally wouldn't buy or try. Ceramic diffuser is probably the only item which I didn't like. Not of much use to me 🥺 However 💕 love the soft and cushy eye mask pillow 😍 I am so in love with it😍 just because of that one product, I've fallen in love with the entire NY Brand yet again😂🤣

Helpful customer services…
I had to contact customer services because when I was trying to purchase products from the website, I found that I had ended up with two baskets for two different groups of products. There was a discount if you spent over a certain amount. So apart from the convenience, I wanted to amalgamate all my purchases into one basket. I had had about three attempts at trying to do this. After these abortive attempts, I decided to come off the website and leave it. Later I received a supportive email assuring me that the products I wanted were still there. The person in customer service was very helpful and sorted it out for me. They were also able to arrange for it to be delivered by a carrier other than Evri, which is the default one.

Items were not delivered
Sadly I didn’t receive my items after waiting over two weeks due to an issue with the courier, so I can’t comment on the products themselves. Thank you however for the quick response to my concern and efficient process of my refund. Was really disappointed not to receive my order, I may or may not consider trying again in the future.

I'm a big fan of Neal's Yard products…
I'm a big fan of Neal's Yard products and strongly recommend their products for texture and ingredient quality, smell, and ethical practices. The mothers balm in particular is excellent though from current and previous use, it would be much better if kept in Borosilicate glass not plastic

I have not received my purchase.
I have not received my purchase.
When I discovered Evri was to deliver my heart sank. If I had known you used Evri I would not have ordered with you.
I live in a block with 45 flats Evri are known to gain access via one flat and dump all the parcels in the hallway.
I was not notified of any delivery. The tracking is nonsense.
