It was the word Petrichor that first drew me to this amazing scent. I am a Park Bathing walk guide and one of the most amazing smells is walking in the woods after it has rained. I’m besotted by it already 💙

Missing gift message
I purchases directly from Neals Yard rather than a department store as it was a gift and I wanted a gift message with the delivery but it was sent without the one I had entered

Poor product range
I really regret that you have changed your classic label and also that you are no longer offering cherished products, such as rose & mallow facial cream, which was very different to the rose & mallow moisturiser you have now.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding our recent packaging updates and the changes to our skincare range
With this being our 45th anniversary year, we’re honouring our heritage with new labels and packaging, which are already in our flagship store. It’s a modern take on how the labels looked when Neal’s Yard Remedies started – clean, crisp and clear.
We will of course feedback your comments and will also contact you directly with a full response to all your queries.
