Wonderful staff member in the Norwich store, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Managed to buy my favourite, although sadly to be discontinued, product from Neals Yard.

Disappointing replacement
I was disappointed when the Sensitive cleansing milk was discontinued. It suited my skin perfectly. I bought the sensitive micellar cleanser as a replacement and oh what a mistake! It hasn’t removed my make up properly and my skin is the worst for it. This has been the only Neals Yard product I’ve ever had an issue with.

It was the word Petrichor that first drew me to this amazing scent. I am a Park Bathing walk guide and one of the most amazing smells is walking in the woods after it has rained. I’m besotted by it already 💙
